I wont spend my money anymore in here. The manager is great but its a huge hit or miss with servers. My fiancee and I went out to eat just the other day. No one was inside all of them were in the back. I didnt get a hi but a "we are just trying not to work today" we were shoved into our seats and was rushed on everything. Didnt even sit down before waitress was barking at us what to drink and was rolling her eyes at us as if we were bothering her. As ordering the rude, nasty stares we were getting by our waitress drove us mad. We only ate one slice when she rushed our table with the check. In the mean time she almost spills the drink because she couldnt take 5 seconds to look at the table because she was too busy talking to another table across the dining room. Hate it when the check is out at a table before we even start eating. I will not spend my money here at all because why must I waist my money on a business with crappy staff.

With all of the negative and political chaos on here...Id like to post a very positive PSA....such a sweet gesture that just happened to us at Pizza Hut in Homosassa!! Our whole family was there for our Annual 1st Day Of School dinner. It also happened to be my nephews 18th birthday....so of course, we had a cake and sang. Afterwards, as we sat there talking and taking our time since it was pouring outside....our server came over and gave Mackenzie $10 for his birthday! I just think this was so incredibly sweet of her!! The restaurant was dead due to the weather...and we all know how hard these servers work. The fact that she she did that without knowing us just really touched my heart! Her name was Tiffany and she works at Homosassa Pizza Hut....and we cant thank her enough! :) #GoodGestures #GoodPeople #PayItForward

Negative 5 star. 2 pizzas were ordered 2 hours prior. When I arrived, they had only made one. I explained I would wait for the second. The "Manager" spoke to me so badly. The "manager" continued to question the order and spent about 20 minites defending his employee. Stating we were wrong and she was right. Charging me 18 dollars for One medium BBQ. I explained that they are 2 for 18. He stated "thats only if you order 2" ARE YOU KIDDING ME. I DID! !!! MY HUSBAND CALLED HIM ON THE PHONE. AND WAS HUNG UP ON. TWICE. WHO DOES THIS --arguing over pizzas. Then my husband drove down. Because hes in uniform. Hes kissing up. We got a refund. LEFT THE PIZZA. . BECAUSE HE TOOK IT IN BACK- FOR WHAT???? TO spit on it or whatever. Well never -EVER go back. I guess being right is all that matters

I rarely dine in here. I was never able to have home delivery where I lived before so I take full advantage of it now. The few times we have eaten inside were a good experience. While the salad bar has limited choices it has always been quite satisfactory. The pizza is always good. Having been a fan of Pizza Hut for years I cant complain. Delivery service is great. The pizza is always hot and the salads are quite large when delivered. Always order locally from Pizza Hut.

The best customer service. I was able to get my pizza the way I wanted and it was tasted wonderful. Everything was fresh and not frozen. I placed my order to go and while I was waiting I was offered water while I waited and told where the restrooms were. They have the best customer service and I did not have a long wait. The restaurant was clean and the employees looked very professional in their uniforms. I will be eating here again.

I love their food! However I order online and pick up once ready, and there is never anyone at the window when my food is ready. I often have to wait for a while until someone even greets me. On that note, I understand they are busy.. but if they offer pick up option, I feel like someone should be in charge of that area. But very good food!

My order was ready on time just like they said the manager was very nice and polite and helped me with my to-go order I would recommend Pizza Hut any and all of my friends I wish I could remember the managers name he was a very nice polite and respectable young man
