So I ordered wings from Pizza Hut.... And I opted for text alerts so Id know when it left the store. I got my confirmation email at 9:35. My food left the store at 10:53, my email said my food should be here by 10:04 pm, and I live 6 minutes from the store. Well, 10:20 rolls around and Im wondering, "Wheres my food?" I check my messages and email just to confirm what time my food is supposed to be here. It finally rolls in at TEN-THIRTY... A bloody HOUR after I ordered it. I said, "No thanks. Take it back." Im sure not paying for wings that have been sitting for more than half an hour!

Visited on 01/20/2013. Service was terrible from the moment we walked into the door. Several people were waiting for carry-out orders and all of us were being ignored. Finally got the attention of someone and sat down. Ordered regular breadsticks and pizza. Breadsticks were a long time coming and were flat out cold when they arrived. I immediately took them back so they had to actually cook some more. Finally, after another long wait warm breadsticks arrived and were good. Pizza was good. Dont think we will be going back here for such poor service.

Our waitress was nice but the manager was extremely rude. I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. I contacted corporate already about the incident. Pasta bake was over cooked and dried, but it was a busy night so Im sure they were rushing things. We didnt have a big party but there were a couple bigger parties there. The rest of the food was alright, but nothing special. Havent bothered to go back since even though corporate sent 2 coupons for free pizza. There are WAY better places for pizza, pasta, and/or wings.

Pizza Hut has been my favorite but today was very disappointing. I ordered , to go, the two deal when I got home the bottom on both pizzas was mushy and not done. I did not feel like getting in my vehicle and driving back into town to get this corrected. Very unsatisfactory meal

when I went in to pick up my order they were slammed with orders. I have to say the best experience Ive had at the pizza hut in years. Even though they were busy they were polite and quick to get me my food. Totally impressed with their customer service

When I arrived yesterday, there were staff in the parking lot ready to either take your order or go inside & get your pick-up carry-out order & deliver to your car. Now, thats "Customer Service" with a A+++ rating... love it.

Sat for 30 mins b4 they came to get our drink order. Wouldnt be a problem if it was packed. But there was 1 other person in the store with us. We had to get up and ask for someone to to help.

Pizza Hut always been my favorite but always 5-10 minutes late on the delivery but today was the worst 20 minutes late. Need to step that delivery game up about to switch over to dominos

They no longer carry the gluten free pizza! My dad has severe gluten allergy. He liked your pizza. When/if you bring it back let us know. We will order from angelotties in mean time.

Great experience! The service was fantastic. Jill was our server. My friend and I came in for a late brunch. Restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was very friendly.
