Food was delicious, wife got the Green Goddess Cobb and I got the Strawberry Poppy salad. Problem was when we went to find a seat after we placed our order. Half the tables had not been wiped down after customers left, no staff had walked through the entire time we were there. I ended up picking up a napkin that had been left under our table by the previous customer just because I dont like to see trash around. We were there around 1100 on a Saturday so the rush hadnt begun yet. The staff at the counter was pleasant. Wouldnt stop me from returning, they just need to develop a little more pride in their store.

As I am sitting in the order line everything seems good. I ordered a grilled cheese and a iced mocha latte. Our order was called and there is a sandwich in the window. I asked the manager where my coffee was. He was extremely rude in his reply and then served me the wrong coffee. Once again I go to the manager and tell him I ordered a iced coffee. He sbatched the coffee from my hand and now 30 minutes later i have a coffe im not sure I should even drink. Extremely terrible servive and horrible customer service skills from a manager. Will not be coming back. As well I will let everyone I know to stay away.

Food is good but it looks nothing like the pictured advertisement. Look at the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt photo I have posted. The Chipotle Chicken Avocado can barely be seen compared to the same sandwich on their website where the sandwich is overflowing with those fillings. My husband raved about the squash soup. His sandwich and my creamy wild rice soup were just mediocre.

Waited 15 minutes while the person I was with finished their meal for mine only to have to go up there to find out they ran out of bread bowls and had just stabbed my order to the side. Worst Panera ever. There was no communication with the customers. Expect bad reviews on Yelp and other sites as well and bad word of mouth on this location.

This is our 4th visit here for dinner. I just cant find anything that impressed me. Seems like fancy food but not great food. And its very over priced. For a 1/2 sandwich 1/2 salad with a drink it was over $15. Its ok to pay $15 for a good meal, but this is nothing to write home about.

We like our local Panera Bread. It is a nice spot for good fast-casual lunch or coffee with a treat. We have had quick lunches with the whole family to girls night out chatting. This location offers some of the best seating arrangements. Make sure you have a rewards card.

The broccoli and cheese soup with Quinoa salad was just what I needed.. perfect combination!! It was my birthday so I got a free pastry for being a member of the rewards program and that cinnamon roll was perfect!!! Great food and the service was good too!

Ordered the Italian combo got some other sandwich. Called the store and was told they dont have that sandwich anymore. That would have been nice to know before we drove off with this mess of a sandwich. Guess no more panera for me.

I love Panera Bread been eating at him for years started at a Panera and Tennessee and then one came to Easley I eat at it I just love them theyre usually very easy to get in and out of there always friendly clean good food

Panera has officially become Easley-ized. Bread just thrown in bag instead of wax paper bag they previously used. It was stale. No cupcakes and pasty we got was a little stale. Soup was good though.

Still like the atmosphere. I wish their old original menu would return. Ate here last night and was hungry 2 hours later. They have very small portions. The food is ok, but not fantastic.

Enjoyed this place quite thoroughly. They offer good, wholesome food for everyone at reasonable prices. There is free WiFi, the staff is friendly and you can be sure to get a seat most times.

This is a Panera. This one is nice, clean and has nice staff. TIP: there are outlets everywhere, but they have a turned prong, so youll need an adapter to use your standard laptop charger.

Outstanding! The usual one would expect from Panera Bread, PLUS, wonderful outdoor seating with padded seating under big umbrellas to shade from the sun. Wish all locations were like this.

A lot of healthy fast options. Loved the seasonal squash soup. Cant beat freebies with their rewards program. Didnt have to wait long for my food and the seating area was clean.

They do not stay open the hours it says on Google. They close at 9:00pm instead of 10:00pm and will close/ lock the doors in your face!!!
