Now the food was ok the waitress was great but the manager Lisa was rude and looked like a dirty person all the employees were dressed as expected she was a mess in a dirty badly fitted shirt she was rude to the table next to us for asking why a pizza takes 45 minutes when the place is almost empty she pretty much told them if you dont want to wait go somewhere else did not even try to apologize,When my wife said something about our pizza being overcooked same deal if you dont like the food you dont have to eat here our waitress was so embarrassed by the manager she couldnt even speak oh and yes we tipped her very well. Wasnt her fault but if this is your management style and how you feel about customers you should quit and let someone who will care for there customers

Went there for lunch on Thursday very slow and waitress had had. A attitude and was very slow this Pizza Hut is never busy but you get more than 10 customers and they cant handle the pressure lunch specials change too often waiters dont know the menu and the waiters there at Pizza Hut turnover is every two weeks look like I have been going to that Pizza Hut since 1984 and the best wishes I have seen their her name was Dolores and its one of the older lady there

Excellent service and loved the food. I would have given 5 stars if it wasnt for the horribly rude manager Lori (not sure about the spelling). When I go out to eat, I like not only the food but also environment. Listening to that horrible woman March around behind the counter snapping and yelling at her employees was beyond unprofessional. And it quite honestly made my daughter and me uncomfortable. So we boxed up early and left.

Raw cold pizza not impressed for a 42.00 order, plus forgot to bring soda but charged for it, The staff is rude because I wanted it replaced. DO NOT ORDER IF ITS LATE. They are to busy trying to leave and do not want to provide good customer service, treat customers bad because they didnt want to work. I should have ordered else where. P.S arguing with a customer when you provide a raw cold pizza priceless..... .

I have ordered a stuffed pizza crust before and I usually love them. This one I got delivered to me today was not what I expected. Even though it was good, the crust was paper thin and I mean very thin. If I would of took 2 pieces of notebook paper and put beside each other it would of been a close race .

Dunnellon pizza hut is the best I have been to. They are always very friendly and have my order exactly the way I placed it. I really would love to see them get a review for excellent work and excellent customer service. Thank you very much

Rude. I called to ask what time they closed, the gentleman who answered the phone snapped at me, " were closed. " then hung up the phone. You need to get some nicer service staff, your pizza isnt good enough to have rude employees too.

I used to love the older lady that worked in here. I dont know if she still does, havent been inside much recently. The staff is always nice and try to get your food to you as quickly as possible. Very clean on the inside as well.
