This place dosent even deserve one star. Supposed to be open 7am for breakfast and will still make Tacos during breakfast time last three times I have went once at 9:30 and once at 8 they are closed people just standing in the lobby not open. The other time they were open 10:45ish and refused to serve lunch/dinner menu when breakfast ends at 11. Terrible service, very very very rude staff, when we told them we both have worked for taco bell they told us we were lying and said to order what was avalible because they werent going to make a special order. Since management change and remodel this taco bell has become trash. Take the drive to Loveland or east gate this taco bell isnt worth saving the gas.

Been sitting in the drive thru for the past 40 minutes while its wrapped around the building yet 4 employees just walked out to smoke. Then to top it off my orders not even right. Im done coming to this location as nothing is ever right here. I manage my own store and let me say the way this is ran is gonna send ur sales way down. Id get on top of what ever the issue is. Im contacting corporate as this problem has been consistant and no effort has been made to change this.

Always come here because the food has been good and is more clean than the Loveland location. Today I walk in and legit stood around for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. Finally some young teenager pops up from the rear and says oh! Hi. Stands there..... Cricket. Doesnt even ask me what I want to eat. Its like come on people. If you ever think you deserve 15$ an hour your crazy. As I write this review Im now waiting on my food. 10 minutes later... Still.

Best Taco Bell around imo, the staff is friendly and the food is good. ~July 2016 *Update* This has become the worst Taco Bell around, complete staff and management change. Been here many times in recent months, no fast food restaurant Ive been to has ever messed up my simple food order so many times and/or given me awful carelessly prepared food. Very slow as well unfortunately I have to try to steer clear of here now.

This place doesnt even deserve one star. The costumer service is terrible. I waited at the lobby for someone to take my order for 30 min and there was more than enough people to do so yet everyone was just standing around looking stupid. And when someone came to the register he had a terrible attitude for no reason and then when my order came up another 30 min later they got it completely wrong. Never coming back again.

Normally they dont screw my food up this bad but tonight has been a bunch of bs. All 3 beef supreme chalupas were wrong, the #10 my bf got come with a gordita and got 3 tacos instead, and the 6 soft tacos we got are completely soaked and dripping from the Taco meat grease. Get it together guys. Not real happy.

The food is always good, still warm when I get home. However, the drive thru is insanely slow. Usually its not an issue for me because Im not in a rush, but it definitely takes a while sometimes. Its always been consistent with the quality of the food and remembering items for me. The staff is friendly.

Horrible service. Waited forever for my food. They were out of everything. My food was so cold. My steak nachos looked like they hadnt even been cooked. They need more employees. The current ones were arguing at the drive thru window. I understand its taco bell but its still your job. At least try!

Has to be the worst taco bell Ive ever been to. Unfortunately its the only one in my area. Food is always cold, employees are always nasty, and it always takes much longer than it should. They close the doors to the inside eating area very early, sometimes as early as 6PM. Not good.

First off they didnt had a few straws and lid a few large lids. Then it took about 5 minutes to get my food. I got a crunch rap supreme and there is usually cheesy sauce inside it but mine had the cheesy sauce on one side. Besides that it was a ok place.

Looks great after they remodelled it. The employees, are awful. It was so bad that they closed the inside down because some employees didnt show up, and on top of the 50 minute drive thru wait, they messed up my order. Sigh, get your stuff together.

Its Taco Bell. My only complaint is that finding item ingredients is difficult in store. For a burger place, its not as bad because ingredients are simple and easily seen, but Tex-Mex is a little more complicated.

Absolutely horrible service, rolled in around 1 AM, greeted by all 3 employees in the parking lot, smoking and told me they were closed. Clearly states online the hours are until 2AM
