This place needs extreme make over. They definitely need to either hire more people or train the ones to move their buns faster and cover each other. Receptionist Megan, takes off to our seat without waiting for us to follow. We were seated close to the bathroom and we could smell the bad odor. Table wasnt cleaned, still had coffee cup ring, empty bottle of hot sauce with a new one, unstable table leg was fixed with IHOP menu, food & dirty napkins were on the floor and fork and knife were sticky and not so clean. I watch them clean the table after people leave and OMG, no wonder its so dirty, wax on, wax off stroke, thats it! Wiping food off the table instead of gather them to put in their hands or bucket makes the floor so dirty nasty. We also found out that IHOP changed the policy that you dont pay at the cashiers anymore. Well, we didnt know and I was standing there over 5 min and the receptionist who passed me 3 times couldnt say a thing to let me know? Bus boy finds out I was trying to pay so he fetched Chase, his manager to help me. I saw him running between the table to solve the problems and looks so overwhelmed! Whoever owns this location is either clueless or dont care. I wanted to give 1 star as this place is so dirty but gave 2 stars as the food was good at least!

Good food BUT HORRIBLE SERVICE . I Called in for a to go order on my way to work. They said it would be ready in about 10mins. Got there waited saw the cooks in kitchen talking another employee walks by me and clocks in. But there was no one around. So I waited 5 mins b4 I finally went to find a employee. They were standing around talking on the side of the store. So she asks my name and rings me up. My food was almost$8 I give her a $10 and she has to go find change! She gets change from the manager whos standing in the back talking to the cooks he kinda of ignored her so now she waiting! Comes back still doesnt have my order! Its sitting in Window waiting to be bagged but she has to make all the side toppings for it first silverware ect.. I couldve eatten there faster than they got my order ready. They werent busy at all I guess thats why they were standing around. I usually dont leave bad reviews but really it was bad. I was wondering how long I would have been waiting if I didnt go find a employee.

Run far from this place!! My husband and I brought our daughters here last night because it was close to the stores we wanted to go to. The place was almost empty yet we waited more than 30 minutes for someone to take our order. We were getting ready to leave when someone finally came by but we should have just walked out because it went downhill from there. First, they brought my husband the wrong food. Then, they didnt give me the bread or salad that came with my meal and to say the noodles were overcooked is an understatement. They forgot the dressings for our daughters food. My youngest daughter asked me to cut her chicken and when I did it was RAW. Completely raw! The waiter didnt know what to say. We were done after that. To top it off they charged us for both sandwiches my husband received even though we gave the first one back and it was their mistake. Ive never had a problem with any other Ihop or any other restaurant for that matter but this place was awful.

I usually enjoy eating at an IHOP in the morning as a truck driver I was just across the road in this place so I decided to walk over and have some breakfast but I got no greeting when I got in the door I got seated took 5 minutes to get my sweet tea and take my order then when my food came out I ordered a big steak omelette it comes with salsa and a side of your choice I chose toast but when my food came to me my omelette was dry with no sauce and instead of toast that I asked for I got 3 pancakes needless to say Im not the only one that had problems that morning the guy next to me didnt even receive half of his meal and the lady behind me and got frozen strawberry so as much as I like IHOP I will not be eating at this one again because even on my way out once again I did not get a greeting maybe Ive met them on a bad day but according to the reviews probably not they need to get management to fix this place to make it a good IHOP

I wish I could give them zero stars. We were fine with the wait for a table. After that it went downhill fast. We waited over an hour. No drink refills, no food. Waitress acted like she could care less, manager didnt do anything after we complained. Waitress ignored us and when my brother asked for her attention politely to get refills, she responded with "what?". The table behind us we there before us. They finally got their food as we were leaving. It was incorrect and cold. Others that had been seated for less than 15 minutes were getting food, eating, and then leaving. Ridiculous. This place used to be good. Now its absolutely horrible and based on other reviews, our experience is not unique. Stay far away. We made sure to inform others as we were leaving. Thankfully a number of people listened. Thank you for ruining Mothers Day for my family. Ill never step foot in IHOP again. Well be contacting corporate.

Normally we have excellent experiences at this location. Food is usually hot and they are happy to remake it does not meet to the customers satisfaction. That being said, this particular visit was good except for the interaction with the hostess, Brianna (possibly spelled differently but who is to say as she was not wearing a nametag). She was curt and set two very dirty high chairs at my table. She noticed them and left them without saying a word. Be curt, thats poor customer service, but still her prerogative. However, dirty chairs for small children, NOTICING it, and leaving it are unacceptable. I cleaned them, though I should not have had to. Take some pride in the presentation of your restaurant and take two minutes to wipe out soiled high chairs/booster seats. Dont be gross. Its not hard.

Was very disappointed. Food was good. The atmosphere was NOT. The woman who was bussing tables was loud, obnoxious, and looked like a street walker. Had tattoos, hair was a mess, shirt hanging out of pants, complained the entire time I was there and screamed at two young girls helping her to do this and do that, not giving them time to even start. She kept saying how lucky IHOP was to have her to clean tables. The two girls looked like they also might be in a gang. If this is the kind of help IHOP has to hire, look out. Felt sorry for the server, she was nice, professional, and tried to work around the unbalanced bus lady. And the food was wonderful. But not good enough for a woman alone to come back for a late evening meal. Really an uncomfortable feeling.
