The food is not like it used to be. Breakfast buffet had one dish of fresh mixed fruit and a bowl of canned chunk pineapple. As a vegetarian going vegan, this prevented me from getting the buffet. I had dry multi grain toast, cup of the same fresh fruit, and dry hash browns. The toast was a little too dark, but edible. The little jellies they serve for toast are all high fructose corn syrup and artificial flavors. Yuck! Fake syrup too! Plastic straws are VERY BAD for the environment. We do not use them. For our two waters we got three straws left on our table. My husband had the buffet. Hes a meat eater. He said after his first plate "I shouldnt have got that." We chose to eat here because of the breakfast buffet. Not impressed.

I went w/Eggs Benedict w/extra sauce. Ive had these many times but not from this Owosso Store 0385. I was shocked when it came. There was barely any sauce, if thats what they call it. It was more like a pudding texture & didnt even cover the eggs.My wife said that the sauce had broken down. The eggs were well done, not medium. We had our waitress notify the Manager. He even acknowledged that he had put the sauce on. We werent charged for it & also was offered another plate, which I declined. This Manager needs to be replaced. If he allows himself to help prepare food & serves it to the Public, w/o remorse, he should be fired. We will not go back there.

We went there at noon. on a Monday...I ordered a classic big boy and malt...the malt came immediately,but my wife had eaten her soup and half of her salad bar before my hamburger arrived...the sauce had soaked through the bottom of the bun,the meat was cool,the lettuce was soggy and there must have been 3 tablespoons of sauce...the buger had slide off the meat and the sauce was puddling on the plate...AND it didnt taste good..waitress was there for there for the money and nothing else..she DID offer to get me something else...The Manager should learn to manage and start noticing that at noon..there was only 3 other customers in the place

I wish I could give this place no stars. Tonight my boyfriend and I went to the Valentines day dinner. It was nasty! I got the Parmesan cod it was burnt on the outside and it tasted like grease. My boyfriend for the country fried stake and that came with huge chuncks of sausage links on it plus tasted like grease. He complained they took one dinner off the bill. We also didnt receive our dessert or the option for it since the took the one dinner off. The waitress was really slow with the silverware for our table plus the people that sat behind us. They didnt refill our drinks. I will never eat there again.

I have gone here a few times for dinner with my roommates. We are all broke college students and a 6.99 buffet is always a good deal. UNFORTUNATELY the servers are AWFUL. The waitstaff is beyond rude. I have been a server before and I know that it can be a rough job, but seriously...you DONT ignore your tables, you DONT ask your tables to leave 20 min before closing and you DONT stand talking to other co-workers when you havent checked on your table. WORST SERVICE EVER

There Menu is prety standard. Their Friday night Seafood bar is not one of my favorites, and Im a huge Seafood fan. Standard salad bar. Its a great place to grab a bite to eat but if your looking for something above that, then you might leave a tad bit unsatisfied Still all in all. A nice place to grab the normal everyday restaurant fair.

The waitress created a masterpiece dessert for me from two of the items on the menu! Suffice to say, I highly reccomend asking for the Fudge Brownie crumbled overtop the Coconut Creme pie! She was super fun too!

Triple Decker Turkey Club is always good here, and I have had about 10 or so here. Breakfast is better than other BBS as is the soup and salad bar. Nice staff and quick service with reasonable prices.
