We have become pretty regular customers. Its about $50 for two people every time we go but I love my steak medium rare and I have yet to be disappointed. They are the only place in town that I have found that will cook a steak the proper way its ordered. Their steaks are delicious!! The staff is always friendly. When we went on St. Patricks day, the manager was dressed as a leprechaun. That was fun to see. Ive never had a bad experience. We usually get our steaks to go, so we eat the buffet and get a second meal out of the steaks. It makes the price easier on the wallet.

The buffet was well stocked and the food was hot. Jennifer our waitress was great and she came back often to check on us..... There interior was clean and inviting and the new salad bar is great. Overall great experience. I only give 5 stars if the service and is exceptional.

Some of the buffet items were OK but I was more impressed with the wait staff, they were courteous and asked how my dining experience was. Special kudos for the lady who made sure my beverage was refilled. I wished I could have complimented her in person.

Restrooms are gross and disgusting. Bland, low-quality food and not a lot of choices on the buffet. Its not worth the nearly $10 you pay at the register anymore. Ponderosa used to be really good in earlier years, but now its mediocre at best.

I havent been here in 15 years. Still a great experience. The steak was excellent. The salad from the bar was only ok and they could use a few more meat options on the buffet. Jen was an excellent waitress. So glad we stopped here.
