I have given this location a lot of business. The food is good, but often the order is incorrect. TODAY took the cake - I was "served" by an employee who could not show LESS interest in helping the customers...she did not greet me when I came up to the counter and when she asked me questions about my order, I had to keep asking her to speak up because she was mumbling (I am NOT hard of hearing). After a lengthy time of waiting for my order, I got back to my office to find that is was incorrect (AGAIN!). I called to talked to the manager who, upon hearing that they left the chicken off my salad (which I paid for)- LAUGHED! I asked her if she thought that was funny - her response: well they do that sometimes. REALLY?!!! (it seems to be a regular practice with this store) When I continued to relay my overall experience to her, she said, "What do you want me to do about it?" Again REALLY??? How about - I am sorry that you had a bad experience today...what can I do to make it right? I will talk to my staff to see we are more receptive, accurate, etc. I dont know about you - but I am DONE patronizing establishments that think that behavior is acceptable. I will spend my HARD EARNED elsewhere!

Surely the concept of making extra of your most popular bagel cant be that hard. I can let a poor experience go once, Ill even let it go a second time, but there comes a point when you just need to get your act together. I hope Corporate steps in and sends this location some serious help! Your bagels arent that good anyway, theyre just acceptable. You cant afford to be this crappy if you dont offer a better product. I would prefer this location to other bagel shops in the area for convenience (youre closest to my home), but even convenience gets overridden. "Bagel Boys" might be farther to drive, but theyre consistent, and they are excellent.

Working in the food business Ive never been so disgusted in my life!!! I received the artichoke and chicken bagel with a side of fruit on 8/9/17. When I went to take a bite out of the sandwich it was cold, not toasted as it is suppose to come then as I continued to chew I realized that I was chewing parchment paper.not only that but when I lifted the bread I was greeted by paper that was stuck to the cheese (Im guessing it was what separated each slice of cheese)and the cheese was also rotten from the taste of it. Im disgusted and will not be returning!!!!!

If I can , I would give this establishment zero star. Most bagels run out around 8:30. You are a bagel franchise and dont have any bagel to sell in the peak breakfast hour. This must be one of the clueless crew that I have ever seen in this business. I leave about 5 min from this establishment and we joke about this in our neighborhood how much of nothing they have in the morning. Most of us came several time in the morning ( weekdays as well as weekend ) not be able to find any bagels. You guys very much suck my friend !!!

They never have the bread roll in-stock that is listed on the menu. "Oh sir we dont have it here". Wats the point of calling it Einstein bros bagels if u dont have all items. Zero customer service. UPDATE: I picked up the sandwich and came bak to work. As soon as i unwrapped the sandwich i saw they made it on a small bagel rather than the roll with little to no chicken in it. They say they dont have bread roll and make the sandwich on bagel. Its a scam, so that they need to add bare minimum ingredients. FRAUD ALERT!!

Food was sub-par compared to other Einsteins and other chain restaurants. Employee hygiene is a large concern. One male employee was very dirty and unkempt. The food took a very long time (which would be fine if the food was better), but theyre just bagels. If you really want a bagel, Starbucks is a much better place overall. Or Dunkin Donuts is right down the road. I wont go back to this restaurant again.

Honestly worst run Einstein I have ever been in. Manager seems to be clueless about how to run a store. Production staff looked unhappy and were often fighting and bickering with the cashiers. My panini took more than 15 minutes to make. When I got a refund, manager did not apologize for the wait. Awful. If youre planning to dine here, expect a 20 minute wait.

Nothing like egg, bacon and cheese on a bagel with hot coffee. This Eisenstein location is great for an early morning commute breakfast or a lazy breakfast away from home on a Saturday morning. Its usually quite to a low noise level in this place making it ideal to grab a cup of coffee and do some work or web surfing. Inviting and efficiently run.

This store is amazing. I come here most mornings for my Santa Fe sandwich with no turkey sausage and Im always greeted with a smile from everyone. They even know my name and my order by heart. Im not a morning person but these people make it a lot more bearable. Especially Veesha at the register who always makes sure to ask me about my day.

Amazing coffee selection great quality. There is minus 1 star because I went in there hungry as if I just left the front lines. I was disappointment that I spent $10 and still left SUPER hungry :(. the staff was so nice though they made up the -stars this is my 100% honest review.

The counter staff/employees are very nice and friendly. They look you in the eye when they speak with you, and seem to be glad to help customers. This is rare in 2017 at most restaurants. They also know their product line, and are willing to answer questions, as well.

Expensive, my order was incorrect but most disappointing, my toasted bagels had a minimal spreading of cream cheese. If they are trying to save money by not using too much cream cheese it is false economy because the one on Pleasant Hill Road does not do that.

LEFT OUT SOME OF FOOD I PURCHASED....WHEN I CALLED SAID, COME BACK. LIKE I WAS GOING TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY BACK..DID NOT OFFER TO MAKE GOOD NEXT TIME. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Manager is horrible, they never have enough bagels or supply. She is never apologetic about anything. Then once you get your bagel dry & burnt its just terrible here.

So slow I had to leave without my bagel. I know its not supposed to be McDonalds but 20 minutes to take an order and toast a bagel isnt on.

The amount of cream cheese was pathetic. Like paper thin layer on my bagel. Literally wtf. Never going to this location again. 0 stars.
