I work on Windy Hill Road and the distinct lack of good Italian places that serve lunch and are within driving distance had me thrilled to see this new restaurant opening up in the CVS strip mall off Powers Ferry. I literally had the worst experience that I have *ever* had in ANY restaurant, EVER. I get an hour for lunch. When I entered, I was excited-it looked awesome on the inside and I couldnt wait to try the pizza. There were already a few diners eating and there was a line of about five people. The line was for the cashier, which was a 90-degree angle from the bar where the pizza was on display and a pizza chef stood waiting to put slices into the pizza oven. I got in line, waited patiently, and when there was one person in front of me, the cashier took a call-in order. I noticed that a large group of people had come in and the pizza chef was placing their chosen slices into the pizza oven. This concerned me a little, because I hadnt even ordered yet. Finally, it was my turn at the cashier. I told him I wanted two slices, one pepperoni and one sausage. I also ordered a drink. I paid for my order, which came to $9.00. Then I got my tea, and sat down at a table to wait. The large party that had come in behind me had moved over to the cashier to pay, and they sat at a large table in front of me. I waited. And waited. AND WAITED. I then started to notice that the large party was getting their pizza. I had clearly been ahead of them in line, but they were getting their food first. I kept waiting. And waiting. I noted that the cashier I had checked out with was delivering quite a few of these orders, and I kept thinking maybe he would come over to check on me, but he never did. He walked past me numerous times, but never even checked to see if I was doing okay or if Id gotten my order yet. Now, granted, the place had gotten busy. There was a large number of people now standing over near the cashier but up against the wall, and I assumed they were waiting for to-go orders. Finally, it was 12:40 p.m. I had twenty minutes of my lunch hour left, and I had to use at least ten of those to get back to my office. So I decided Id go up to the bar and check on my order, and if it was nearly done, to have them box it up to go. I walked up and addressed the cashier that I had paid. "My lunch hour is nearly up. I wanted to check on my order. Im about out of time." He nodded and said, "Okay, what did you have again?" I told him, "A slice of pepperoni and a slice of sausage." He made a confused face, as if he had suddenly remembered that Id ordered that, and then started trying to take new slices off the trays on the bar. "No, wait," I hollered. "If its not already in there, I have to GO." He and the other guys behind the counter checked all three pizza ovens. "No, its not in there," he said, and I could hear the regret in his voice, as if he KNEW he had screwed up. I shook my head. "I do not have time for this. Can I have my money back please?" I was infuriated that I had just spent nearly my ENTIRE lunch hour WAITING for an order that had NEVER EVEN gone into the oven!!! He was fumbling around at the cash register and I was so angry at that point, I said, "Well, I guess I dont get lunch today." He apologized several times and kept asking me if I wanted to take something with me. I just shook my head and said, "No. No. Dont worry about it." I mean, I wouldnt have time to eat it now! I then said, "So, I guess the ball just got dropped?" He apologized again and said he didnt know what had happened. And he gave me back six dollars and 89 cents. I would have appreciated getting my whole $9.00 back, but I also said, "Dyou mind if I keep the tea?" I guess the tea was $2.12, but I suppose comping that for me didnt even occur to him. I stormed out of there and had to calm myself down all the way back to work. I GET that theyre busy. I GET that there are only three people behind the counter. But that is NO EXCUSE for losing an order. Im furious.

I recently tried their pizza and found it tasted like something my mom made when I was a kid, thats not necessarily a good thing! I cant quite place it but it was a lot like a boxed pizza from the grocery store (maybe Chef Boyardee?) Again, it was just a first impression as I have a few different pizza places near here and have had better. I gave it 2 stars because it was well cooked and the cheese was evenly distributed, but something reminded me of my moms store bought pizza kits that she used to get. Im not sure Ill try another with the selection in my area....

This place is highly disorganized and they lack seasoned workers! They have no ticket system at all. So, they end up handing off your order to a customer that came after you. When they are in a rush they start making even more mistakes. My pizza ended up on the floor because they werent taking their time. They ended giving me a new slice, but before I started eating it I found hair on it. Its safe to say that I wont be eating here again.

I went here for lunch today and was so disappointed. Im always on the hunt for new pizza to try and the experience was so bad Id rather not comment on the food. Unorganized staff couldnt handle a lunch rush. Orders were haphazardly given out regardless of who ordered a slice first. For a new place, first impressions are everything. They should invest in better counter style service but I have no plans to visit this location again.

I love the atmosphere and the food. The pizza by the slice is very good and affordable, better than Harrys pizza hands down! The salads are amazing as well as the tiramisu-its ADDICTIVE! The entrees are amazing and a plentiful serving. The food is always fresh. Josh, Rachel, the "blonde" Chase, A. J. , Miguel and the rest of the staff are really nice people. My favorite spot- can you tell-LOL!?

I normally dont bother to write reviews; however, I have no idea what the bad reviews are talking about. So far, Ive tried their pizza, spaghetti bolognese, lasagna, and their tiramisu. All of them were absolutely authentic and delicious. I lived in Spain and France and visited Italy often so I have high expectations when it comes to Italian food. Piu Bello doesnt disappoint.

When Uncle Vitos changed hands and the quality tanked I was desolate. Then I found Piu Bello. This paced made life worth living again! They have by the slice, delivery, pastas, and great pizzas. Now only if I can get this location to make sicillian life would be perfect. Everything is great here, seriously, you cant order a bad menu item. They even make gnocchi!

Visiting from out of town and this place was nearby. Im very happy it was! The Lasagna and Fettuccini Alfredo entrees were both delicious. Bread and beverage were included. The portions were generous. The only downside was that I was full and didnt have room to try the tiramisu!
