Being that I only work in centerville and live in Troy is a tremendous advantage when it comes to Bob Evans service. Troys Bob Evans is by far the worst i have ever experienced and by far the worst customer experience imaginable. This was the same way for centerville until about a year and a half 2 years ago they apparently got rid of all their rude staff who treated me like a kid. When being 18 I would eat their alone for lunch I was treated with sarcasm and a attitude that my parents couldnt take care of me in reality I work my ass off and like good food. Well now that the new manager is their, who is younger around his early thirties late twenties, he has all the staff treating me great surprisingly even the young ladies my age treat me the same as a 40 year old adult. Now to the food part their service is amazing and when its not the manager I refer to is always checking on tables to ask how everything tastes and to his rule if you dont like it your not buying it! Keep up the good work. Even the cooks are twice as good as the last ones. 10 mins tops for my Farmers choice breakfast

We have frequented this restaurant several times over the past couple of years. Recently after going to other Bob Evans restaurants, we decided to go to this in again for it is the closest, most convenient location to us. We did a pick up order placing our order around 6:45pm. It took them over 40 minutes to get us our food and when we got home it was cold and our rolls were not in our bag. I contacted the manager and he offered to give me the same meal for free the next day which was unacceptable. Why would I want the same food again the next day with the possibility of it being cold again? Bob Evans home office only sent us $10 off. But our whole meal was bad. It just doesnt seem like efficient customer service.

We sat for 25 minutes before we even got checked on to get drinks, the waitress was extremely rude and down taking her co-workers. We waited another almost 50 minutes to get our food ( while there were customers who sat down beside us. The waitress they had had their drinks to them within 2 minutes of them sitting down and their food was served within 10 minutes) needless to say our food was cold, and poor quality all the while the waitress showed little to concern. This will be the last time we attend this location.

Food seems to take longer each time we eat here. We use to stop knowing we could get good food and in and out in a timely manner. Seems as though the issue is always in the kitchen not enough people cooking for the volume of people. Or they have a high turnover rate and have new folks .... Waitresses and waiters are usually very good even when busy. Since the stores have changed hands going down hill. Sorry to see this.

Ive been eating at Bob Evans for over 50 years and this was the worst experience ever. Ordered a Border Scramble Omelet and it came on a plate that looked like a glass of water was poured over it. Even the hash browns were swimming in liquid. When I complained to the manager she argued with me, told me I didnt know what an omelet was, and said me that was how it was supposed to be.

Have gotten carry out several times at this location. Every time I get carryout here its never ready in time, the foods doesnt look like it was fully prepared and they manager never had a reason why it was late. It was over a half an hour one time and the manager just shrugged his shoulders. The Bob Evans on woodman was wonderful and Ive never had a problem with that store.

This is your average Bob Evans restaurant that has its good days and bad days. I get the feeling like this store doesnt function well under pressure. The busier it is, the less your food comes out as you requested it. Most all waitresses there greet and tend to you with a genuine smile every single time Ive been there, which is what makes me bring my family back each time.

You can depend on Bob Evans for simple and satisfying American hotplate meals. My favorite dinner , Turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes and relish all for under $10. Good but plain food.
