Heed my warning and do not waste your time going here! I went here with an open mind despite some of the bad reviews, ignoring them simply because some were invalid such as a "black" woman not being able to manage an Italian restaurant or the drink prices being too high. First issue was they messed up our reservation putting our party under a completely different name. They sat us at a grimy table tucked in the corner that practically fell over if anyone touched it. Our waitress took our drink order followed by our food order then we failed to see her again until the check came. To call the food awful would be an understatement. My father in law and daughter split the fetucinni alfredo, with the sauce having a consistency akin to Elmers glue. My wife and I split an order of chicken saltembuco which had no flavor and the chicken was rubbery like it was microwaved. My other daughter and her friend split spaghetti and meatballs. She complained, which I first ignored because she is picky. Upon further complaints I tried it and had to spit it out. The sauce had no flavor and the meatballs had a terrible taste and strange consistency. Meatballs should be juicy and have a slight crunch when you bite into them, these had neither. The consistency was similar to that of wet canned cat food. At the end of our meal the manager came over to see how our meal was. Upon seeing that we were about to complain, she scurried off before we could get a word out. All of this cost me $70, which I would have gladly spent at a better chain Italian restaurant such as Maggianos. As ridiculous as this is to say, the food at Olive Garden is actually three times as good for a third of the price.

This was my first time at this location. I used my GPS to get to the place but there were no signs pointing to where it was. Also the lights on the outside of the place were all off. No lights in the parking light, none on the side of the building, and none illuminating the name. I guess someone forgot to change the clock on the timer as this was just 2 weeks after changing the clocks back an hour in November. We walked in and no one was there to greet us. We waited several minutes until a hostess came and she still didnt greet us. She just called out for the other party that was waiting. She left and a few minutes later came back but first stopped to talk to two other people getting something to go (totally not important, just chit chat). Finally, she walked back to her computer and STILL didnt greet us. She just said, "How many?" She was very rude and got distracted very easily. I dont remember her name but she is black (that has nothing to do with it but it literally the only thing I can remember about her other than her rudeness). Also, we had reservations for Thanksgiving so we could eat their Thanksgiving menu but they were OUT of turkey! How could they not have enough turkey to at least feed the reserved guests? I could understand if I was a walk-in but we had had our reservations for 3 weeks! Someone messed up and didnt order enough turkey. Our waitress, Jessica, was great and very friendly. The food was also great but overpriced but they are pretty big portions so youre practically paying for two meals. If it wasnt for the hostess I would have given this place 4 stars.

The entrance shows a fiery ugly figure of a woman that made me think of not entering.. Bottomline: expensive!!!!!!! one is forced to order a big meal and share it "for the Italian experience" but it makes it impossible to taste a lot.. We had to wait a while for the food... Our waiter was nice and attentive even though he forgot to seperate the bill between 4 adults or couldnt.. We had asked him to split it in the beginning and took our time calculating at the end I have not seen one Italian worker there..didnt feel Italian really.. Tiramisu was promised to be huge..it wasnt thaat big..and it was one of the worst Ive ever eaten.. Dry..no taste of espresso nor liqueur, light cacao on top, not dark, too much cream, ladyfingers missing Food wasnt greeeat. It was..okay. Mushrooms very sugary. Winebottle ceiling creative..we just wondered if something would happen and they would all fall on our heads.. Decoration...not my thing. Millions of old pictures..chubby or overweight half naked people..not something I want to see while eating. Sexistic pictures..downgrading the women to sexsymbols. I had to sit in front of a gigantic picture displaying like 5 women in bikini bending down to eat. Do I want to see that? I found it offending. By accident I ended up in the mens toilet and had to see tons of naked mens sculptures..not pretty. And what the heck are pictures of nuns doing amongst all those things? Why do I have to walk through the kitchen to be seated? Why is there a big center table reserved for the pope with a picture on it? Scared the crap out of me....

We hosted our daughters first birthday party at this fabulous place. We were happy to get the Popes table. The room was pretty interesting and served as a good cultural lesson for the kids! We had a few friends (plus kids) and we got to a rocky start. We were served bread( which was fresh and very good), but the appetizers never showed up for a long time and my wife had to politely (but sternly) remind the manager that the first birthday party was getting ruined. What happened after that is just unbelievable - Folks immediately swung into action and made sure we had the best possible time. Food was fabulous and they let us occupy the place till we decided to vacate! It did not end here. When I asked for the check, the manager showed up again and said the entire expense is on the house for causing the delay to serve the food and he was extremely apologetic. I had to force them to charge me for something as I knew it was a large bill and was feeling very guilty. Eventually they charged us for one drink and thats it. In spite of some hiccups early on, I am giving a 5 star rating for this place for one and only reason. Folks accepted the mistake and instead of making things worse, made sure we had the best possible time and made my daughters first birthday very memorable. Way to go guys - you are the best!

First and last time we will being eating at this restaurant. It started off with being greeted by a hostess that would not stop picking at her hair. She greeted was picking, sat us picking, and then came about 20 minutes later to seat another group of people still picking her hair. The bathroom were dirty and distastefully decorated. They were cluttered with so much advertisements that my granddaughter could not find the towel dispenser that was on the wall. Pictures of people picking their nose, sanitary napkin magazine adds and such. There were open areas under counters that were visible when you walked by and were stuffed with supplies and trash cans. Looked dirty all over. Okay, enough with the decor, you need to know about the food. It started out with really stale cold bread and then got worse. The Calamari tasted like it had been cooked in old oil and very greasy. The most simple of sauces were either too sweet or had no taste at all. We saw gift cards at Costco and thought that if Costco endorsed this restaurant it must be good. WRONG. I never write reviews unless it is really really bad. And trust me, this place is. Just wait until you get the bill for all this horrible food. You will be leaving with a bad feeling in your stomach all together. Find a better place to eat.
