I have a wheat allergy so I asked the waitress if they had any gluten free items. She informed me they had angel hair pasta at a $2.00 higher price. Also had gluten free pizza. Checked out the menu price, said $7.95 for a cheese and pepperoni pizza. I placed an order for it and was surprised when it arrived. It was a great deal smaller than a regular pizza and was burnt. Greater surprise when the bill showed a $12.00 charge for the pizza. For some reason the pizza was $4.05 more than a much larger regular pizza. Never at any time was I informed of the different price. I would never have ordered it had I known. I could hardly eat half. Left there hungry and angry.

Bickford Assisted Living residents had lunch there and was such a great dining experience for them. It was pouring the rain and the staff walked the residents from bus to restaurant with umbrellas in hand.Very courteous! One of the residents over pd their bill by 9-12 dollars and the waiter brought it back and said very graciously he gave to much. Our resident In Return left half for the waiter. You just dont see that much anymore. Sadly most would had kept it. Thank you very much Spinning Fork staff for showing your elders respect they deserve. You went above and beyond in your service. We greatly appreciate it.

Dim light sets a calm mood. Frank Sinatra is on the radio (a little loud) but not complaining. Staff is ALWAYS the most pleasant, kind & helpful you could find anywhere. Food portion & quality is very fair & appropriate to price. My family and I have been here a few times since it opened never a complaint. But I have never heard anyone say I am craving Spinning Fork. Like wise I have heard lets do the Fork & we go. Only down side to Spinning Fork Middletown is location. Great place for a date or just lunch with someone. Go. Its worth it.

My family and I ate there for an early mothers day dinner. I have not been to the spinning fork since I was a kid. My family and I were very pleased with the restaurant. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with friendly smiles and seated rather quickly. Our bubbly server Katy was awesome! Our food came very quickly was extremely delicious from the appetizers to the salad to the main course. We loved our experience and most definitely will be making this a regular place for the family from now on :-) <3

Was in town for 3 days and the Spinning Fork was recommended. The salads were fresh and made with romaine and quality ingredients. The meat was quality and plentiful. The vegetables were also fresh and plentiful. A great selection of draft beers and the service was as good as you could ask for. Ended up eating here for 3 days in a row while we were in town. Had the Margarita Chicken each night it was so good. Kids and wife tried many other items and all were perfect.

Wonderful service, and food! They understand the importance of customer service, and food quality. The drinks, bread, starters, entrees, and desserts all came out in the proper order and time. The server and staff were prompt in clearing the table. So personable and professional!! Its a hidden treasure.

All of the food was served just warm. At 4:45 on a saturday they were out of taramisu.The floor was so dirty you see where chairs slid and made scratches in dried dirt or whatever. Just wont be going back--not with Stefanos nearby...
