I expected more from this resturant. We arrived early for our reservations and were seated early with no issues. We were seated in an awkward place by the windows where the servers and waitresses had to literally be standing on our shoulders to serve the Two tables on my right and his left. It was just too tight so I requested to be moved and they honored my request promptly with no issues. The salad was not memorable and the bread served was mediocre. I have had better bread at a chain resturant. However, the tomatoe sauce with goat cheese served with the bread was delicious!! We had the veal meatballs as an appetizer which was amazing!! I had the short rib ravioli which lacked salt and the sauce was underwhelming. I asked for a side of the tomatoe sauce from the meatballs appetizer. The side of sauce was brought out quickly and I finished my raviolis with it. Additionally, the pasta was not salted and lacked flavor. The short rib was also not seasoned. I prefer ravioli in a more traditional sauce. Also, the portion was small, just 5 raviolis but they were a good size. My husband had the crab pasta with artichokes which he liked but I thought was also just OK in flavor. He liked it but said the pasta was prepared too al-dente for him. Once food came out it was a little hard to flag down your waitor for additional needs. I had to ask for butter and napkins two times. We asked the server who brought out our bread but he never brought it out so we had to wait and ask our assigned waitor. He brought it promptly. Desert was an original version of a kit Kat which I could have passed on as well. We asked for a desert menu but waitor said he heard there was a bday so he was bringing out a special desert and we didnt argue. It was nothing special to me, I wish he would have given a description. We waited to try this place for my birthday and honestly I could have passed. The resturant was a lot nosier than I expected and lacked the elegance and romantic ambiance I was looking for. The manger came to check on us during which was nice. Our sever was very knowledgeable about the menu. All servers were dressed in wait or coats which looked neat, uniformed and professional. If I return I would get the ribeye or meatballs and spaghetti b/c they look amazing in the yelp pictures. I was definitely disappointed but would like to try this resturant again.

We chose Pricci based on the many many good reviews we found, particularly for the red sauce and the risotto. I would like to know what restaurant those people ate at, because the Pricci we went to last night had some of the worst food Ive tasted. The first thing to come out was the bread, which was accompanied by a bowl of red sauce with cheese (I think goat cheese?) in it. I dipped my bread in it once and spit it out - it had way too much acidity and way too much salt - clearly not a sauce cooked by an Italian chef. Mixing the cheese in cut it a bit, but this sauce was reminiscent of a cheap pizza joint (and frankly, Pizza Huts sauce is sadly better!). Based on that experience, I canceled my order for the spaghetti with red sauce that I had ordered and instead ordered the risotto that people rave about. I had the Risotto Funghi (wild mushroom risotto), and while the texture was good, the taste was like rice with water and a few mushrooms sprinkled in. Absolutely no salt, absolutely no taste. I added salt and parmesan cheese, and that still wasnt enough to make it taste like anything. When my friend tasted my dish, she was appalled that I could even eat any of it! My friend ordered the risotto with scallops from the special menu, and while her risotto had a bit more taste than mine did, her scallops were bone dry. The only things we did like were the prociutto appetizer we ordered (sliced very thin and tasty) and the wine, both of which were not cooked by the chefs at this restaurant. This place is not way expensive, but definitely not worth what they are charging seeing as you can get better food at a pizza chain.

We made a reservation for 8 to celebrate my in-laws 50th wedding anniversary. We were seated at an extremely large round table near the front door. The table was way too large for conversation and the noise level of that particular area made hearing conversation almost impossible. We told the hostess ahead of time that we were celebrating an important event and for the amount of money we spent that night, I expected (but did not receive) some serious attention. We were largely ignored for nearly 30 minutes after we received our menues. The service was painfully slow and the food was just average. In fact, Ive had better meals at the Olive Garden. The food was quite expensive for what we got...no sides with entres. My husband ordered the fish because it was a special and he got just that...a slab of fish on his plate...not even any parsley for a little color. We also ordered a special cake ahead of time. When dinner was finally over, our waiter presented the anniversary couple with a beautiful cake...it was the best part of the meal and Pricci didnt even make it. After looking at the cake and taking a few pictures, the waiter wisked the cake to the kitchen for cutting. It took almost 20 minutes for the cake service to arrive back at our table. The bottom line...our in-laws were just happy to be out and have the family celebrate with them. Would I pick this spot again? Absolutely not.

Everyone in my group loved the food here, but I cant say Im really a fan. The service here is GREAT though. This is like a REAL Italian restaurant, i.e. you cant really read the menu and the food isnt anything Im quite used to. My friends got their special fishes that were filleted right in front of us and from my understanding they were incredible! I ordered the chicken and it was very good...its prepared very healthy... I will say the chicken was extremely moist and the olives were a nice touch. They also brought us complimentary desserts. Mine was labeled with a Happy Birthday and my friends son was labelled with a Congratulations (for graduating). Very nice touch. The restaurant in really nice in that old upscale kind of way. The people are very well dressed, but the staff is far from snobbish, i.g. They were closing and I asked to change in the bathroom because I was running late to my next spot. Valet was real cool too. Other than not really preferring the menu, the bathrooms are also a little hard to find. I seem to always get lost on the way back. Overall though, the food and service here make dining pleasurable.

“Contemporary and casual Italian experience” While proper dress code is recommended for the place, the menu is full of uniquely crafted delicacies. They use many locally grown materials. We started with Carpaccio Di Tonno, a Yellow Fin Tuna Carpaccio decorated with sauce made of Avocado, Grape Tomatoes and Cracked Pepper. The tuna is sliced as think as paper. A good starter. One entree we had was on its weekly special menu is CAPPELLACCI. The Ravioli is filled with Fresh Maine Lobster, sided with Georgian Wild Shrimps, and served with heirloom tomatoes. Very good taste. Another one is a grilled whole fish. Its a Branzino with skin cleanly scaled and heated crisp. The super while meat fibers are tender and oily juicy. Chatting to a waiter we met previously, we were surprised to learn that Nava, which we dined twice and I reviewed two months ago, closed for good. We are glad we find Pricci.
