Ill leave one star, only because the alcoholic beverages were on point. But the rest of the experience was awful. We were seated at the very back of the restaurant because from the beginning we werent "good enough" to be there because we were in jeans and t shirts. Our waiter came, and tried to give us dirty plates that we clearly pointed out had nastiness on them. In a rude hurry he came back with more and that initially ticked him off and set the tone for the evening. While taking our orders he commented that "Lloyd" (the name of our business) was taking care of the bill insinuating we didnt have enough money to be there. When in all reality the prices are maybe a few dollars more than Olive Garden. Once he took our orders (20 minutes after we placed our drink order and still hadnt received them) he said, "Now well get you guys fat" and left. Our food came and one of our friends ordered a steak (yes steak from an Italian restaurant it sounds like a bad time, but the price made you assume it would be wonderful $30) he ordered medium well. There was more blood than a medium rare and was impossible to cut through. Our rude waiter returned and asked if there was a problem and we told him to take the steak it was crap. The manager came over and offered to take it off the bill and pay for our desert. We agreed and ordered desert (which in the end was not paid for). The desert was the best part so Ill give them that. All in all, the service sucked the food was over priced Olive Garden and the atmosphere was a dud. The funniest part is the table next to us with the same waiter called for the manager too. If youre looking to spend a lot of money to be treated like a plebeian this is the place for you!

I have gone there for the past 5 years, and in the past month we have received the worst service ever. In our 4 visits we have waited for 15 minutes for water and to be greeted at 5:30 on a Wednesday, while servers sat at table talking. Waited for carry out service for an hour and 15 minutes, when they were not busy. Had a server never refill our water and was so slow it took over two hours to eat. Was treated rudely by two servers when I asked for a manager. I gave them a one because I still think the food is good. I am not returning and I have heard other complaints from friends and they say the same thing.

The food was great as always, but we went for a late lunch (2pm) and service was understaffed and slow. I gave my number for a $10 reward and the waitress didnt give me credit on the bill. When I asked her about it, she said that she didnt know that I wanted her to do that, even though I gave the the info, expressly stating so that I could get the reward. Yep, she put it back on me. Poor service, slow service. Will think twice before returning.

Best resturant we have ever been to ever. The service was excellent (thank you stephanie) the cooks were quick and spot on, food wasnt too hot that you couldnt eat it but just right. I ordered the fillet mion med rare and it was the first time in my life I have ever had a steak cooked perfect. The staff was quick, friendly, but not stressed at all and it was a full house. Deffently highly recommended.

We tried this Bravo for the first time last week. We both really enjoyed the chicken parmesan & Baked Rigatoni Bolognese. Both were excellent. The service friendly and atmosphere was very nice, even with the kitchen being out in the open. The place was also clean. we will definitely be back.

Always a nice quite place for dinner, service is exceptional. Have been going to this place for over ten years, with some of the employees being the same from the time i first went in im sure you can imagine what a pleasant atmosphere it is for everyone inside.

I had the Spaghetti with the scallops and shrimps tonight. Love it. The customer service is great! Since I love to seat outside, I hope they have something to spray for mosquitoes next time

I and my girlfriend went here for new years eve, the food was great and the service was the best you could ask for! yes it is a little pricy, yet well worth it. keep up the good work!

Reservations @ 1pm took 15 minutes to seat us with it being not crowded. Didnt get food for 40 minutes after oder placed. Food was good, but the management was rather aslack.
