It was gross. We knew of this place for a while and wanted to visit so tonight we finally went in. First impression was the garlic cheese bread they brought to the table. It was tough and stale. It was toasted some extended time before they served it to our table and only after a reheating. Wife ordered a diet coke and it never came. But at least they did serve the wine appropriately. The waitress was OK but the manager gave me the feeling he doesnt like people. The Arancine tasted quite unappealing. It was relatively small and almost had no meat in it. Just a little kibble of sausage and a nugget of blue cheese in the middle. Couldnt finish it. Nasty. Daughters cheese pizza was OK. The main dish was chicken and prosciutto with pasta. It tasted rancid and old. Prosciutto was tough and dried out like leather. It was also inedible due to rancidity. So I tried the angel hair pasta that was beneath the rancid meat and it was super, super salty. I suspect it was all pre-cooked days prior and highly salted to keep it preserved. We couldnt finish anything. It was a big disappointment. We will never go back. Gross. When we got the bill we were charged for the Diet Coke that never came. I feel bad leaving a negative review like this but this is an honest and unfiltered review.

I am shocked by these reviews. We went on a Sat night expecting to wait but the owner sat us right away. We ordered soup and salad and our childs meal but planned to order an entrée just wanted to start with soup/salad. Within 3 min soup, salad and spaghetti and meatballs arrived along with our CHECK! Which by the way was a $200 check for another table which the other table got our small check. We were brought drinks and oil but no bread. We ate our starters and fed our son, our drinks were never refilled and we didnt get an apology just the owner who followed us outside and said "at least you didnt have to wait" i replied for better service and an actual meal, we would have rather waited. Bottom line this isnt a place for service, food or for people in their 30s nor is it a place to ever spend a dime. Just skip it. Ive gotten better service from a non English speaking gas station attendant. Im still annoyed we had to pay $38 for a soup, one salad and spaghetti with water and a diet coke. Service makes the restaurant. I have no problem payimg for good for and good service.

Have eaten in this restaurant on multiple occasions - will not ever return and recommend public avoidance. Food is good - service and manners of the owner/manager are incomprehensibly poor. and tend toward hostility. We had a fairly large group booked at the restaurant (for the second time in one month). Some of our party had a last minute issue and was unable to join. We arrived and informed them that our booking for 16 would be changing to 11. The owner and other staff members were absolutely belligerent, rude and aggressive about the issue. We attempted to politely point out that this was very rude behavior and were even followed out of the restaurant by the owner who was slinging insults. I witnessed 3 ladies who I have never seen utter a disparaging remark, nearly have a melt down with the owner. This was truly over the top and inexcusable. When we left there were still multiple open tables - the restaurant did not appear in any way overbooked.

With a great enthusiasm, I took my wife and her friends to La Casa. The atmosphere was good and nicely set up in a house that has been converted and renovated. The service was mediocre and there were few items on the menu that were not available. The bread was very warm and quite tasty. We ordered calamari and egg plants as appetizers. The calamari was not properly seasoned and tasted very bland. Also they were not fried well enough to have the crisp crunch to them. The egg plants were fine. The broccoli soup was so salty that my tongue felt numb. For the main course, I had Salmon on Risotto. It was absolute disaster. The salmon was cooked hurriedly at a high temperature. The risotto was about the worst I ever tasted. It was not seasoned at all. My wife ordered grouper and it was very bland and she didnt want to finish it. She took it home but it ended up in garbage. We are not going back. They need to get a new chef. Shame...

I was traveling in Atlanta for business and had heard about La Casa Italian Grill through a friend. I made the effort to seek out this restaurant and was so pleased that I did. I cannot express enough the positive experience that I had from the time that I entered the establishment until I left. I was greeted by the owner who went out of his way to make sure I had an everlasting impressionable memory of not only the ambiance but the service and food. I was not disappointed from the time I entered La Casa until the time I left. The service was superb and personal, most important was the quality of the food. My food was delivered in a timely fashion and was exquisite in presentation the taste was something I would want to experience again. Rest assure I will return on my next business visit to this area and recommend this establishment to anyone in the area. A Definite restaurant to visit or frequent !!

RUDE OWNER So after reading such great reviews we thought to give this place a try. As soon as we reached a gentleman at the entrance rudely asked us to sit at a table outside in-spite of mentioning that we had a reservation and would like to sit inside since it was little cold in the evening, we were simply asked either you sit outside or LEAVE , those were the exact word used by the person who later we found out was the owner. And to add to the insult we could see the tables empty inside of the restaurant. When we further probed him on his absurdly rude behavior, he mentions that he didnt want to clean the tables for us and again rudely asked us to leave if we cant sit outside. I have never ever experienced such a situation ever in my life. I would avoid this place at all cost one of the most arrogant person I have ever come across in my life.

We had our office Holiday party catered by La Casa Italian Grill last Friday. I had never had their food, but found it when searching for Italian Restaurants nearby to my work. We could not have been more pleased with the service and the food. Everything showed up right on time and we were very pleased with the large portions. We ordered Chicken Parmesan, Eggplant Parmesan, Tortellini, Sausage and Peppers, Salad, Tiramisu, and Cannolis. There are a lot of New Yorkers working in my office who really miss all the good Italian food they were getting back home, and they all definitely approve of La Casa Italian Grill (and asked me to order from here again in the future). We definitely will be ordering again. All of the food was fabulous!

The waiter and service was okay; the atmosphere was nice. I ordered mussels in a white wine sherry sauce and my wife ordered scallops for antipasti. We got a set of bland scallops and some cold mussels in a can of blended tomatoes. The mussels were sent back as it was the wrong order, and then the correct dish came back and it was decent. We shared a ceasar salad which was quite good. On to the main - I ordered an osso buco, which turned out to be a piece of bone almost the height of my wine glass with uncooked fat sticking to both the bone and the meat. In all fairness, I did express my discontent and the restaurant comped the dish. Probably wont go back, there are too many great options around the area at the same price tag .
