I will give the food 4 stars, the service was 5 stars, especially Ms. Kia! But there was a small situation where we had to interact with the manager, Sabrina and I would give her 1 star as her attitude was very condescending. We have been coming to Figo since 2005, starting with their older location on Howell Mill Road and have never gone to any other location. My daughter turned 36 this past week and we decided to plan a small girls night out and she asked to come to Figos. On Wednesday 5/3/17 at 5:46pm, I called the restaurant to make reservations for 6pm, 5/7/16 and was promptly told by the young man that they did not take reservations on the weekend, to just come in, which is what we did. Once we arrived, we were told that they were booked solid and our party would not be able to set at the same table. I questioned this due to what I had been told and the young hostess, Kia, asked us to wait while she talked to the restaurant manager, Sabrina. I repeated my phone conversation to Sabrina, who, at first, told me I had called another location that actually did not take reservations. We went back and forth a time or two and I was a bit upset because we were waiting on other party members to arrive. Finally, I just told my daughter to come on, wed find somewhere else to go. Sabrina then came to us, and said they would had a place to put us. Nobody jumped through hoops.....they pushed some tables together in a corner and we were fine and very thankful and pleased that Kia and Sabrina made the effort, however, even in doing so, Sabrina seemed to cop an attitude about the situation. She never came back around to check on us or anything. But that Kia?!?! She is a TREASURE!!! She came around to check on us, ask how we were doing.....she is AWESOME! Weve been in several times lately and Kia has been working. I just cant say enough good about that young woman. Sabrina could take some customer service lessons from her for sure.

Food delicious. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE MANAGER BY THE NAME Sabrina who has no sense of customer care or service. My first encounter with her rudeness was February of 2017. I typically call in my order for pick up . This specific time I called back to make changes to an order and she shouted I have people standing here and I have to rush back to the kitchen to submit your order change. She was obviously frustrated that the restaurant was busy and I was an agitation to her because I called in to make a change to an order. The most recent new incident occurred 8/3/17 for another call in order. I was initially put on hold by a "Brianna" for over three minutes. I hung up and called back. I asked for a manager and once again I got Sabrina. I told her what happened. She provided an insincere apology and simply asked "what do you want". I was appalled. I went ahead and placed the order. When I arrived they provided me with the wrong order entirely. They didnt apologize, they simply went back to the kitchen to prepare my correct order. I asked for my money back and Sabrina obliged immediately. I have had repeated incidences of lack of quality customer service and will not return to this establishment. restaurant is close to my hotel and convenient. We have sense removed them from our vendor list and will not recommend Figos. BEWARE.....they dont care about you and your experience. Additionally the owner Sandro has not responded to my email about my concerns.

So I found out about this place 2 months ago and I loved it until today ! I came in and ordered my usual .. noticed that my cell phone was dying so I asked to sit at the bar to charge it and eat .. my waiter at the time was very nice so he followed me and my guest over to take care of us ! The manager SABRINA saw him waiting on us and demanded him to stop coming to the bar because its not his section and then started talk about it inappropriatly to the bartender when he walked away .. once I received my food I noticed that I only had 4 shrimp In my pasta that I orders so I asked Sabrina how many shrimp Are suppose to come in my plate she said 6 .. I gave her a weird look and she goes "are you wanting them to make you 2 more" shes super unfit to be a manager to #1 bash employees in front of guess and #2 not hands customers properly ! NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME TO THIS LOCATION

Food was below average but it was a special so it was pretty inexpensive. Server was ok, nothing great. We did managed to get robbed while we dined. The marietta st location has "FIGO PARKING" around back which is apparently is a common place for car thieves. While my family dined, two of our cars were broken into and we had luggage stolen (from the out of towners) and some very expensive electronics that was in a bag. They have no security cameras and basically told me that this is a common thing. They stated that they are at the mercy of the owner and they will not provide cameras for them. DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT. SERIOUSLY. IN BROAD DAYLIGHT.....WE WERE ROBBED WHILE WE DINED HERE.

We have been fans of Figo for a few years and really enjoy it. The past 6-8 months we always had difficulty going because we werent getting the level of service we were used to. We were pleasantly surprised tonight by our server/bartender (we like to sit at the bar). She was knowledgeable about the menu, checked in often and was good at communication which is always a plus. Our food also seemed to be a bit better than usual and I walked away putting it back on the regular visit list. Whatever changes youve been making have been good. Keep it up!

Pulled into the parking lot because I am 9 months pregnant and having severe contractions, and my dog is sick. We got out of our car so I could walk him and the owner started walking up to my car yelling at me for "blocking the parking lot" I was there for literally not even a minute! I was going to get some food there but now I will never go back. I do not want to support a business ran by people who do not care about a pregnant womans needs.

Good food, this location has the newer tableside service setup. The food is the same good food, and they are doing a good job with the service. You can tell they are still working out some kinks in the service model, and the staffing but over all a good eat. The location is a bit noisier than others, but it still has plenty of large tables for groups, and good prices. Be forewarned the parking is valet only unless you do street side parking.

This review is for their corporate catering. My company orders from them at least monthly for large order of over 100 people. As with many restaurants, they completely skimped on the food. My past was completely dry and flavorless along with the other versions of pasta sent over. I know they are getting compensated for their services and efforts so its disappointing that they would pull a fast one on a regular lucrative client.
