My Mother and I thought we would stop into Sonic for some lunch Saturday the 6th of February at around 3pm at the location in Franklin on Dixie Highway... We went through the drive thru and waited for someone to ask for our order then a girl finally came on the intercom that seemed very unorganized and unprofessional as though she was in a hurry... I ordered the two specials 399 footlong and tots deal. She just said okay then I had to repeat the order. Then she gives me the total but doesnt ask me which kind of footlong that we wanted so I had to ask her does she want to know what we wanted on it.... After all this I pulled up to the window and waited but know one came. I looked inside and one boy was messing with his dirty cell phone along with a girl employee and we was just totally ignored so after all this we just left and took our business elsewhere!

Got to be the worse food and service ever. I sat in the drive thru for 20 mins just waiting on my food to be handed out. While sitting there all I see is a bunch of teens giggling and laughing and holding up counters like there wasnt work to be done. Mind you there were 3 other cars behind me waiting for their food also. The place looked absolutely disgusting like it hasnt been cleaned properly in forever. I will never return to this location, will definitely take my business elsewhere. With the looks of it seems they need the heatlh department called on them and the place needs shut down. Nobody was wearing hair protection while standing around food prep area or gloves. And to top the cake they didnt even give me all of my food that I paid for. Absolutely disgusted with this place in general.

Worst Sonic Drive In that I have ever been to!! Very POOR customer service. Takes too long to get order even when they are slow. Was told tonight at seven that there were no car hops working and that I had to go through the drive thru window. This is not the first time that Ive been to this Sonic, had a bad experience the other times also but thought that maybe the person working was just having a bad day so I thought that Id give them another try. Actually gave them SEVERAL trys, and each one was worse than before. They dont even deserve the one star that I had to give them in order to write my review!!! They need to fire everyone that works at this Sonic and start over with a completely different crew!!!! THIS SONIC DRIVE-IN SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!

As my friend was ordering, an employee walked out to our vehicle and asked if we needed help with anything. So now hes talking to two people at once. As he is ordering and trying to tell the woman "No, were good", everything is getting jumbled with our order. After the lady took our order, she said thatll be $xx.xx. Please pull around to the window. We were not in the drive thru. A few minutes later, another employee walked out and asks is what we ordered because something got mixed up. To top it all off, our orders came out 15 minutes apart, and mine was not what I ordered.

Messed up our order. Missing to kids meals. Missing cheese on a cheese burger. No ranch for chicken tenders . No napkins. Missing a milk. The cook was smoking outback instead of making our kids meals. Had to take my tray up to the front. After 45 min. Of asking for the missing food I had to get out of my car and ask for a manager. They didnt know what I was missing . She refunded our bill for food but not icecream. Just drove 20 mins. To give my kids a different fun experience. Instead gave them a bad experience. Bad service.

Constantly disappointed with this Sonic. Given up on ordering food here because everytime I do my order is never correct. Today figured Id get a milkshake because why not? Good milkshake weather, ordered a peanut butter fudge and what comes out is already more liquid than a milkshake should be and whip cream melted as well. There was no drive through line and maybe 4 other cars near me. Im never going to this sonic again. Itll be more worth it for me to get a frosty at Wendys next time.

Every time we come here there is always something wrong. I ordered a strawberry milkshake and as the lady handed me my milkshake I noticed there was holes on both sides of my cup. I then ask the lady to give me a new cup because of the holes, And again there was another hole. It took several times before they just put another cup under the holy cup. Also the blizzard we ordered tasted awful and was pourly made and half full. We will probably never be back to this store.

This place is so disappointing. I ordered a bacon cheese burger and no bacon came on it. The fries might as well still have been frozen because they werent fried more than 30 seconds. So my whole meal was worthless. I was one of the only people there. The oldest looking person working was less than 18 so they didny have a clue. When I called to complain I was hung up on twice. What a worthless place. I hope corporate sees this and makes a visit. They need to!!

Going here is one of the worst fast food experiences Ive ever had. Not only is the store ridiculously inefficient and incapable of creating a few simple drinks, but both the local management and corporate management are more than lacking. Honestly if youre want "fast food" go somewhere that will give it to you fast and correct. Desare, the "manager" needs to read a book on management and how to treat customers. Dont waste your time here.

Would give 0 stars if it was an option. This place was not only slow, but the food was absolutely terrible. Actually took it back to the resteraunt and requested a refund. I have never been so disappointed in a fast food location in my life. Not all Sonics are like this, but this location not only appears dirty, the food tasted like old grease from not changing the fryers. Do yourself and your stomach a favor and skip it!

How can you give 0 stars. Last time i was here about 8 months ago and waited in drive thru for over 20 minutes. Couldnt get out due to curb blocking me in. An employee walks out the back taking out trash so i ask what the deal is and he says everyone is new. So Im back today thinking maybe theyre ready but nope. Actually got to order this time but the food was cold. I think theres only one person working ever.

Waited in line for 20 minutes for two large mixed slushes and a milk after they interrupted us 3 times with "is that all" and "what"? When we got to the window they charged us for four individual slushes and forgot the milk. Corrected them at the window and got my money back. Ridiculous... This place needs new management. I shouldnt have to drive 30 minutes to get to a good service sonic..

This sonic is terrible. Had to place my order 3 times and it still wasnt correct. Fries were cold and I only received about a half order. Corn dogs were still frozen in the middle. Talking to the staff accomplished nothing. Sitting here Ive watched at least 5 other customers have the same problem. Stay away. Very disappointed.
