THE WORST Suway experience EVER. Granted, I walked in approximately 8:40 to 8:45pm and they close at 9pm. The only person there was in process of mopping the floors so the whole place smells of dirty bleach water. She did not acknowledge that I had walked in - No "Hello" or "I willl be right with you" - NOTHING. Once she finished her section of the floor that she was attending to (literally 60 secs), She proceeded to go behind the counter. She did wash her hands quickly and looked around for a pair of plastic gloves - she located an empty box of gloves and proceeded to walk to the garbage to dispose of the box. She came back, wiped the counter with a rag that she pulled from under the counter, opened another box of gloves, put them on and looked at us. Still not a word from her. My son politely began to place his order, My husband then began to place his order. While preparing my husbands order which was a steak sandwich she rumbled through several containers of meat, rearranging them and pulling what she deemed to be good enough, she placed one container on top of the sandwich instead of the counter while she walked to the garbage to throw something else away. She came back and asked "what kind of cheese?" She put the cheese on the sandwich and began to slide the sandwich down the counter. As she did that some of the meat fell off the sandwich. She picked the loose meat up from the counter that she just wiped with that mystery rag minutes before and throws it onto the sandwich- OMG!!!! Can you be any more disrepectful and disgusting? By this time, I had enough and I had to just walk away. This was the second awful experience at this location. I will not go back a third time and I felt that others should beware.

This subway, and the manager were quite rude and refused to honor the T-Mobile Tuesdays give away. When asked for contact information for the store or manager, the employee pulled out a receipt from the trash can and handed it to another T-Mobile customer. This is poor customer service and unsanitary. The employee then did not wash her hands after pulling stuff from the trash can and helping another customer.

Always very burnt bread!!! Your job is to have at LEAST fresh bread! This has got to be the worse subway ever! I have never seen a subway that ALWAYS have burnt bread! Also...... Always rude!
