There werent any lids for the small drinks. The service was adequate, but lacked in many ways. My family and I walked in right at 4 oclock and was turned away from purchasing the $5 buck lunch. So instead we purchased a #1,#5 and myself a grilled chicken sandwich (#6). My sons#1 was dry, my boyfriends sandwich bread was smashed and old looking and my chicken was chopped up and placed on an artisan bread and served to me as a #6 instead of a while chicken sandwich as it shows on the screen.

There was a red bug in the box with my food. I then smashed the bug with my finger and blood came from the bug. Once I took the food back the manager was very rude and disrespectful. Although she could see the blood stain on the box she wanted to see the actual bug which I had flicked outside of the box. This is my worst experience ever with a Dairy Queen and I will never be a returning customer.

Came here specifically to have an orange Julius and the machine is broken so I had to settle for a fountain drink and they were all flat. My cheeseburger came with no cheese and on a hot summer day there was no air conditioning on. Very disappointing

Terrible customer service. Not 1 employee acknowledged us when we walked in. No one took our order so after about 5 minutes we walked out and went to bask in robins who had exceptional customer service.

Ate here 9/19 stomach been hurting every since. The hamburger meat was precooked and old. The prices are to expensive for your food not to be freshly prepared. When eating here be cautious

We went to eat here and walked to the door at 10:17pm and worker came to the door and motioned that they were closed. Time on door said 10:30pm. The open sign was still on.
