Food was great! (If thats what youre worried about.) Employees all look extremely unprofessional. Blue jeans, black jeans, untucked shirts, no skating carhops, fake nails. Whole atmosphere screams, "we dont care how we look." If you wanna watch a boy walk around pulling his pants up every 5 seconds because he doesnt know how to wear a belt, this is the place to go! Carhop didnt smile. We didnt tip. Glad to leave that place. Edit: just finished my frozen lemonade, didnt have any lemons in it.

Waited for 30 minutes for 2 milkshakes. Watched the drive thru clear twice before having to press the button again and ask again for the milkshakes. After waiting for another 15 minutes she comes out with thw milkshakes costing 3.97. She then proceeded to give me 2 dollars in change. I gave her a 10. I told them to comp the shakes or Im not getting them. Instead I just got my correct change and never will go to sonic again. They have the shittiest service

After sitting in a line 10 cars back at the drive thru I parked at a menu. After wait 5 minutes they told me only the drive thru was ONLY open where I waited another 30. After which I got a half full small shake with a lot of cool whip. This is before I came. Went to the web site says its open til 2 so I called to make sure and they tell me 1. Need to get it together Moreland sonic. But I love there cherry slushy and the girl was nice.

Wow, thats the last time I visit this place. Their staff is unsupervised because I waited longer than expected at the drive thru. Typically it only takes 30 sec. For the intercom people to respond, but for mine it was last least 4-5 mins. There were two cars behind me, so I drove around the window to get service. Honestly i think its the area that its located, but Its always shady in this area from the lack of supervision...

Terrible customer service. Sat in drive thru for 20 mins with only 3 cars ahead of me. If the girl takings orders will stop trying to lean all over the table and do there job this would be a better place. Rude ppl working here. No pep in there step at all to be a fast food establishment. And looking thru the door at drive thru it is filthy! Food and paper all over the floor. Hope i dont get food poison. Juat NASTY!

Super slow! People have pulled up next to me asking have you been waiting long? and I always have to say YES! I love the half price shakes after eight... but I try to stop at a different location than this one even though I pass this one frequently. The parking lot and drive through is often busy- because they... take... for... ever! Just dont be in a hurry when you go.

I had to wait 20 min for large tater tots and a drink. I asked for ketchup from the carhop who stated he would be right back. 5 min later I look up and all of the cars in the stalls have left. I then walk to the kitchen door where I was greeted by another carhop that was able to give me ketchup while laughing in my face as I explained the situation.

Placed my order and received it exactly the way I asked in 5 mins. I was extremely impressed with the speed and accuracy they got my order to me. The cute roller skate waitress was very friendly and made a point to speak to me and my co-workers every time she passed by us. Will be returning soon for another great slushy and snack.

This place isnt just a Sonic, its a way of life. I regularly come here for their daily happy hours and grab a Route 44 Strawberry Limeade with my old lady. They always have specials every month, like 50 cent corndogs, combo meals, etc., and its just down the road from the drive-in movie theater on Moreland! (Star Lite 6)

The employee taking the orders has a major attitude and is extremely rude. I also wiated in the drive through line for literally 20 minutes And they were out of 2 things I ordered. After more of the attitude coming from the disgruntled employee over the intercom, I left. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.

Find a different Sonic to go to!! Pulled up....only 2 cara in drive thru and 1 parked. I pushed the button, waited 3 minutes, pressed red button....waited 6 minutes...nothing. one employee brought good out to a friends car, which was the only other car waiting and she stood outside the car talking

To say these folks are slow would be a compliment... I have never spent so long in a drive thru before (and that includes Zaxbys making food from scratch). Whatever the heck is wrong with their folks or their systems/process needs to be worked out. Food is good. Service is horrible.

I had the slowest service but the sweetest hostess. She couldnt hear me over the loudspeaker so she came outside in the pouring rain to take my order. I felt so bad I gave her my umbrella to walk back in with.
