I went into this Dairy Queen in hopes that their bathroom was clean. I dont use public restroom unless its dire need and I was far from home . I had set myself up to be grossed out. Thank goodness the bathroom was in excellent condition. I asked how long had this buisness been opened and an employee said a little over a year. In my opinion long enough that things could have started to look a little unkept. Not the case here. I was so pleased I had to let the manager know. I dined in and had their barbecue sandwich on a regular bun. Not only was it delicious (I had two btw) but I had no issue with my request of what I had wanted on my sandwiches. The young man who took my order was a pleasure to chat with while I waited on my food. All the young men and women there seemed to enjoy their job. The overall buisness and were clean, enjoyable. The employees uniform was neat and clean and they were knowledgeable about their menu, and very friendly. Keep up the awesome job guys.I will definitely be back when Im out that way!

It was a simple order. Double cheeseburger, ketchup only, to go. The nice young lady at the counter entered my order correctly, and I was charged for what I ordered. I made the mistake of thinking the kitchen staff actually READ the order. I didnt open the bag until I got home, and I found that what I got was a double with NO cheese, and ketchup. AND mustard. From some of the other reviews here, it appears that problems like this are common. I wonder if the management cares.

Great food. Fair prices. Good customer service. Clean restrooms. Nice layout. Love that they have a wall display that shows the different sizes for drinks and blizzards. This is a much better restaurant than the downtown Cumming one. Only problem is that it seems that Dairy Queen in general uses too much sauce on their burgers and sandwiches.

OMG!!!!! I LOVE this place, the owners and workers are super polite and every time I go there my food is fresh! If there was ever any issues the managers hop on of it and handle it with respect and smiles. I HIGHLY recommend this DQ to ANYONE. I have no complaints at all!! :)

Ordered food thru drive thru drove 1 mile down road to take a bite of 4 cold cheeseburgers, cold fries and called to complain on number on the receipt and it was disconnected at a brand new store! How horrible is that!!!!

Didnt put cheese on my sandwich when I was very specific with what I wanted Im paying almost 8$ for a meal and they give u a lil bit of fries. Wont eat at this location again!
