Food was great but we were in drive through and they forgot one of our sandwiches so we had to share. When we asked for a milkshake the lady said "no milkshakes. We dont have milkshakes! Its too hot!" Then at the window she said to someone else. "Theres only two of us in here and its too hot. No ice cream." She was curt. No apology. It was as if we were asking for something that wasnt on the menu. Why have good food and terrible service? Someone should be making sure all sandwiches are there before sending people away in the drive through. And if you serve ice cream, why should HOT weather make the machines not work?

Waited in line for about 15 min then I told the guy that took my order that I wanted NO mayo on the burger so when we got home there was mayo on my husbands burger and I ask myself what if he was allergic to mayo and he ate it with the thought of nothing to worry about since he told them no mayo ? The food is good but the workers are not good at there job ontop of that they wont let us pull up to the window till its enough time on the timer so they can give yall a false reading on time

Slowest drive thru and they make u wait behind the sensor because they want to falsly represent that they provide speedy and friendly service when they dont. I have had yo return several times for wrong orders or spoiled sauces....wish someone from corporate would do something about this place...cause I love checkers....

Horrible place. Service sucks. Foods EXTRA greasy and the people that work there lack customer service skills. Lakeisha R worked the window and was very rude!!!

Worst service ever.Everytime you come here you will wait over 15 minutes just sitting at order speaker.Pulled off plenty times because of slow service
