The last couple times I have been to this Sonic I have waited over 15 minutes to even be acknowledged. It would be one thing if the drive through was busy or if all the parking spaces were filled, but there were only 2 cars in the drive through and very few in the parking spaces. No one even said "I apologize, we are running behind. I will be there in a couple minutes." Good food....If you can actually get someone to take your order. Not worth my time to go there. Since in this day and age everyone is expensive, why should I go somewhere that is not only going to charge a lot for a burger but not even have ANY customer service to speak of.

Big Variety of different foods, from hot dogs to hamburgers to shakes and more. They roll out on their roller blades and bring you the food straight to your car. For fast food the prices are a bit high, but for the quality of food, service and atmosphere that place brings is well worth the extra buck for a cheeseburger. Kids will love this place as well. Its a bit longer wait times compared to local fast foods, but that is due to the fact that everything will be cooked to order, and not waiting in a warmer for 2 hours for the right person. Love it, every time I go there.

Best Job Ever! Im a Skating Carhop. We have our slow points during the day but dont judge off that.I try to deliver food speedy as I can! Ive had everything on the menu so trust me its good. Favorite is Ultimate Chicken Sandwich... Yum! We have a lot of special events like Happy Hour, Half Price days on certain items and Buy One get One offers on certain days when you sign up for text updates! Packed in the Summer but its worth the wait for AWESOME shakes! We are always getting new stuff. Come check us out.

This Sonic is pretty good, although the last time we got a burger it was pretty squashed. Also, the Toaster sandwich is supposed to be made with Texas Toast and they used regular bread instead. That was the first time they did this, so there is a chance It was an honest mistake or they simply ran out of Texas Toast and was forced to used regular bread. Either way though, it is a shame. This location used to be so good. It has gone downhill significantly over the past year. It seems they cannot keep people.

Typical fast food, but the experience of having someone bring your food to your car is always fun. Sonic does offer a wide variety of fast food options, shakes, drinks, and more. If you go during Happy Hour you can save a couple of bucks, which is a bonus. My personal favorite is the popcorn chicken, because it actually tastes like chicken as opposed to a McDonalds chicken nugget. The staff here is usually very friendly, which is not always the case with these sorts of restaurants.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had here !! the person that took our order was super rude then we repeated we wanted 3 drinks they only brought two then said shed be back with our other drink and some ranch and never came back so we ordered a milk shake and it came and theres a hole in the bottom of the cup that looks like they poked it in there and the milkshake leaked all over I have never saw such terrible customer service !!

I arrived from Florida to Ohio on today and wanted something to eat so I went to this Sonic location.Pulled to lil machine, pressed button and the waitress on the other end was so rude our entire conversation,tried to give her the benefit but she would not stop being so rude, acting as if she knew me so she could talk to me anykind of way...I spent my $ with Ronald...Ronald McDonalds!#stayhomeif youdontwannabeatwork!

every time we go here, the service is sooooooo slow. this definitely cannot be classified as fast food. the only reason i give this an extra star is because of the random discount specials i get on my phone, plus they have AAA member discount. the food is OK, nothing to get overly excited about. a couple of times i waited at least 5 minutes at the pickup window after i paid.

I wish I could give this sonic a 0 star review. I waited 45 minutes for 2 drinks and mozzarella sticks. The girl brought my food and drinks out, and both drinks were messed up. After 30 minutes off waiting for my drinks, I called the manager and the girl just forgot about my waiting. It was just all around crappy service here.

How about giving people more than four napkins when they obviously order food for more than one person and receive their food in bags covered in milk shake that the associate had clearly known had spilled. Food is halfway decent, Service greatly lacking.

Dont go through the drive thru at night unless you have a bit of time to wait. Although once they brought my food out before I got to the window which allowed me to exit the line before the people in front of me (who must have had a large order)

Idk why but they mustve had a new employee or something caus they way over salted their fries,they were just inedible and I was starving and all I ordered after that was a small shake and the fry was a medium so what a total waste of money

Im not sure Id say this is best "value for your money," but the food does taste good and THEY GET OUR ORDER CORRECT. The whole family enjoys the slush drinks now that the weather is hot and they make some very tasty burgers.

Food is good, and the servers were very polite. Even though we made a mistake in paying or during the order they were patient and fixed our order. If you want to eat here, expect a 5-10 minute wait but at the end its worth it

I enjoyed the cheeseburger & onion rings. The Blast very much depends on who mixes it that day. At times you will find that the additives do not make it to the bottom of the cup and you have nothing but vanilla ice cream.

Onion rings tasted like waffle cones (same oil to cook in?) roll patrol delivered food quickly but did not give any napkins. Napkins should be considered when the order contains ft long chili cheese dogs.

Definitely not bad at all, I quite enjoy it. Food is great, employees are, should I say okay, milkshakes are wonderful. But a thing that just doesnt feel right is they dont skate out your food.

Went to Sonic Saturday evening and we had the best Roller Girl wait on us. Polite, nice and friendly. The food was very good. We will be back to the Sonic by the old 20 Mile Stand. Thank you!
