I go to this sonic a lot and usually dont have a problem..but i usually always get the same girl that delivers and takes my order. seems they may have gotten some new people who maybe arnt catching on or just all the other employees suck at their job because anytime I dont get that same girl my entire order gets messed up!!! Last time I went...which will be the last time I ever go there again..I had ordered the jumbo popcorn chicken meal with tots..the tots were fine as always but the chicken wasnt even chicken its as if they fried the breading without the chicken inside? The pieces that did have any chicken were completely the fatty parts! I got a Dr.Pepper with LIGHT ice to go with that skimp of a meal and apparently they have no concept of what LIGHT ice means and in fact seemed to be eXtra ice!..and they got the drink wrong as well..they gave me iced tea..which happens to be one of the only drinks on their menu I dont like! Worse experience ever with fast food I have ever had in my entire life! I do not recommend eating at this sonic what so ever! ..wish I could remember the girls name who actually does her job right! Shes there all the time..dark hair and extremely sweet!

We went Friday night at 11pm and got 8 milkshakes & 2 things of Fries & a few meals & it was all out within 5 minutes. Friday nights service was great & they were really nice except the credit card machine didnt work outside. We went tonight (Saturday) & we only got 6 milkshakes. It took 30 minutes for our order & while we were waiting, the 5 cars behind us in line were served & were able to leave by the time we got our food (& they even got real food & not just milkshakes). The blonde serving us was the only one working on our order & didnt know how to work the machines. she stood at the window confused & didnt ask any other employee for help. She tried handing us us a cup with ice cream all over the sides. Once we got our drinks we realized we were not given straws or spoons & the lady had blamed her crappy service on "the broken machine". One of our shakes did not have a cherry & many shakes were either watery/soupy or not mixed thoroughly. Wonderful service the first day, awful service the second day. May or may not go back.

Went to the Eastgate Sonic for a late night treat. We arrived at 10:01pm on a Sunday evening. We sat there waiting to be helped for 4 minutes before we decided to drive around. Got to the window only to be completely ignored by the five or six people inside. The hours of operation are not posted so I looked online and it says they are open till midnight. Thinking that someone would acknowledge us we sat for a few more minutes only then to have the lights turned off on us. Cars were still in the drive up areas... eating!!! It would have taken a matter of seconds to, at the very least turn and point to a clock or even mouthed, "Sorry, were closed." Customer service at its finest.

This place used to be decent but it has gone way downhill. Food never comes out hot. Last time we went they kept my fiance waiting for 25 minutes and came out 3 times to ask her what she ordered. 2 different girls couldnt get her order right or even get food out (wasnt busy at all) She was only trying to order 2 shakes and 2 burgers. Never even got her food. We have given them multiple chances but never again. Food isnt good enough for the hassle. I remember I used to like this place because they had a friendly staff but this hasnt been the case for years now. Go ahead and avoid unless you want to waste your time and money

My cheeseburger was terrible. They put something on it that was not mustard. My daughters cheeseburger was crispy and didnt get mustard. My Frances burger had a ton of mayo and mustard and no lettuce or onion. My tea I asked for light ice has the cup is full of ice. We got 2 napkins with 4 burgers. Really people... come on. Where is the customer service now days.

Awful experience. Dumb blond decided to paint the side of my cup with ice cream and was also a diva. Terrible service and had to wait 20-25 minutes for MILKSHAKES!!!! Id rather have asked for ketchup packets and a plastic cup and make my own shake then to deal with this service. Worst of all they forgot my cherry. Like HOW DO YOU FORGET THE CHERRIES!!!!

Went here for the first time today. Food was pretty good but service could be better. My family and I ate outside and had to ask for ketchup and napkins. While we were eating, 3 other customers (back to back) had problems with their orders. The employees got their order incorrect or either forgot something.

I had one more child at home than expected when I got to the window and asked to add one more mini blast and the MANAGER of all people look over at me and say "WOOW" very poor customer service. If you hate your job that much? Dont work there. Your employees are probably miserable to have you there as well.

It is advertised as this place closing at 12am. However, twice now weve been in the process of ordering when they turned off the lights and said they were closed now and refused to take our order. At 10pm. Either the employees need to stop closing early or their hours need updated. Very frustrating.

Terrible experience at the drive thru. We waited 20 minutes for a few shakes and five cars behind us got their shakes plus other food. The girl making our shakes didnt know what shes doing, made a mess with the cups and was going to try to give them to us like that and was also rude.

Order two drinks, a hot dog and pickle chips and had to wait over 30 minutes. Will not come here again. At least the credit card machine is working. That was out the last time we stopped. Never had this happen at other sonics.

We just ate a Sonic single and tots with cheese and they were delicious. The Sonic in Loveland is terrible. These burgers were fresh and looked like something you would make at home. Worth the extra drive.

Delicious diner like food! You can drive thru or eat outside. Also, you can pull up and order and eat in the comfort of your own car. Servers are on roller skates like old times. Great atmosphere!

The have great classic Americana food If you miss Food made to be good go.here. Its all good food. Perfect for kids and adults. Teens can hangout and eat on the patio.

I still like the drive-in food experience. Just wish they had more vegetarian options. The grilled cheese is relegated to the childrens menu.
