I would like EVERYONE to take a moment and read about this subway. I am an ex-employee here and I would like to leave my name Anonymous for privacy reasons. But Im about to give you details that you will love to know. #1- My boss Porvi trash talks all the employees here, calls them fat, ugly, lazy, makes fun of everyone around once she gets to know you. #2- NO ONE WEARS GLOVES. YOUR FOOD IS ALWAYS TOUCHED WITH DIRTY HANDS! Ever notice most people dont wash their hands before they make your sandwich?! And also, when prep is being made behind doors, NO GLOVES. Only time they follow the health-codes, is when we have the health inspection every month. #3- WE NEVER WASH SAUCE BOTTLES. Every day we wipe them off and re-fill them. Ever noticed an employee taking the bin in the back and bring it back out later? Yeah, thats what were doing. So sooner or later, once mold is growing in them, we will wash them out, So the health inspection People wont find out. #4- Porvi the boss-(manager) is rude and disrespectful to the customers. And if your card declines she will manually entry it and TAKE A COPY ON A PAPER OF YOUR CREDIT CARD! DO NOT let her do this! If she ever loses that paper your in trouble!!! #5- Even if you are DEATHLY ILL and can barely WALK they will not come in and cover your shift! they would rather just threaten to fire you or yell at you for speaking up for yourself. and finally #6- ALL OF THE FOOD SITS IN THE COOLER(REFRIDGE) FOR DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!! YOUR FOOD IS MOST LIKELY BECOMING ROTTEN BY THE MINUTE AND COULD POSSIBLY MAKE YOU VERY ILL. They dont get much business only in the afternoons, so they DO NOT sell their food that fast. THE BOSSES ARE CHEAP PEOPLE. They would rather serve you rotten food then throw it away!!!!. If you did take the time out of the day to read this message. Pleaseeeeee spread the word and warn people to stay away for health reasons. This is a dangerous subway, believe it or not. You can take the chance for yourself. I see what happens behind the counter.

DO NOT go to this Subway location, if you want to be treated fairly. I am disabled and utilize a service dog for daily living. Ive been everywhere with my service dog including some restaurants like: LaRosas and Red Lobster. Every restaurant (other than this Subway location) has been very accommodating, understanding, and kind. This is the first time Ive ever had an access issue and was discriminated against. Never. My mother ordered two "foot-long subs" while I used the restroom. When I came out, I sat down at a booth. Right as my service dog was going under the booth, an employee (who I think is the manager/owner) began to question me. I verbally verified that my dog was not just a pet and that I required my dog due to multiple disabilities. That wasnt enough for her. She wanted a certificate, service dog tag, and/or other "proof". Understandable but not at all required by law and is illegal to ask for. There is no nationally accepted certification or tag so I dont carry one (also why it is not required). She was continiously barraging me non-stop, except for when she went behind the counter to call someone on a phone. When my mother asked if we were being kicked out, she kept saying something like, No, I am not kicking you out but I cant allow you to stay without proof. My highly-trained, well-mannered, service dog was barely noticible to other customers. I wrote a letter to Subway corporate office and am waiting for a reply.

My co-workers and I all agree that this Subway has really gone downhill. The people behind the counter are rude and almost never seem to understand what youre trying to tell them. And the amount of food they give you almost laughable (I actually saw one woman put 6 pieces of baby spinach on a salad I was ordering for a co-worker--6 lousy pieces! And when I asked for more she put 2 more!). Its obvious theyre trying to skimp on ingredients to save money. And then they chopped the salad and tried to charge more, even though I didnt order it that way--same food just chopped up for a hefty fee! The bread on my footlong was dry--almost stale. And the place doesnt look clean. Subway needs to seize this franchise and fix it! Im finished with the place.

The servers were wonderful. The subs were very good! The only reason we are rating it a 3 is that the coupons that were mailed to our home IN Milford werent in the computer and when the server was trying to put it in, she had to call the owner who told her the coupons were for Cincinnati and they didnt honor them. We did get our BOGO sub, but the owner is making the process very hard for the employees. The ONLY reason we didnt walk out was because of the courteous and hardworking employees!

Towel head owned they really skimp on the meat and veggies worst subway Ive been to to will not return food taste bad just read some of these reviews if you want better taste subs go to the one on 28 I wish I did not even have to give this Indian towel head a star !!!!

This Subway has two people, one male, one female who appear to be the owners. They are both extremely rude. I work nearby and now I drive a little more to get decent service. Stay away if you dont want to leave in a bad mood!
