This place is pretty busy during the week at lunch. They have a huge onslaught to deal with so I feel for them. Weve been to the business about twice a month for the past 9 months. The first few times they had issues with cleanliness and staffing. There are only a few servers for 20-30 tables, and there is sloppy chili and hot dogs all over the tables and floor. The tables dont get bussed quickly and so theres just filth everywhere. So we complained a bit and gave them a chance to improve hoping it was just a few bad days. They did get better for a month or two but just recently it was the worst ever. There was filth everywhere today. Tables were left with dirty dishes for the duration of our visit, checks were slow, on and on with poor service. We decided as a group to officially cross it off the list after the nail in the coffin today: a cockroach scurrying across the floor and up a wall. All of this happens around lunchtime on the weekdays.

The food is just blah and the manager Jordan ross argued about a kids plain pasta when the 10 year old girl said she didnt like it he made it a huge deal and refused to take it off the bill for a good 2 minutes of arguing then finally gave up and took it off the bill he also argued about the chili bowl my grandpa also said the chili bowl didnt look like it had enough chili like normal but he also argued and said there trainey put the "right" amount of chili on and made a big deal about it again.

We waited for what seemed to be forever in the drive thru. When we finally got to the speaker to place our order we were greeted with, Were closed. No other explanation. It was 10:00 when we got to the speaker but were in line since 9:50. None of us in the vehicle (5 of us ) have ever had Skyline and after this none of us ever will. I can understand turning us down had we pulled up at 10, not waiting in line. Unbelievable.

I am here in Ohio visiting and was told this is a great place to eat! The young lady taking orders in drive thru was so patient and helpful while I decided what to order!! The 4 way and cheese coney was amazing!! Im so thankful she helped me! Great food and great customer service!! I cant wait to come back!!

This isnt bad location. Its awkwardly placed off the main road so you either have to cut through the Hotel parking lot to get here or loop around and through an awkward little side road to get here. The employees are all always friendly and the food for what it is, is always fresh.

It all started off when I walked in the door. A gentlemen walked up and greeted us. Then we sat down. Ordered our food. And they were pretty busy, but would come over every 3 minutes to check on us. Great place

It is a bit difficult to reach as you have to go back on a small parallel road, but it is a nice Skyline store. It was clean and the staff quick. The food is what you get at all Skylines.
