This place was my girlfriends favorite place to eat, our service from the servers was always excellent. Im not one to ever complain until we received our carry out order today. We had ordered strawberry cream crepes and received two crepes and roughly 1.5 oz of disgusting smelling warm cream cheese which had the appearance of raw chicken chunks and blood, and 2 oz of strawberry jelly. In addition we received a side of ketchup that went with nothing in our order. The only redeeming quality of these crepes was the whipped cream on the side (which was put to use on the pancakes). Im not sure if this was the result of the two employees yelling at each other in the parking lot or just because its the day after Christmas, but I am sad that one of our favorite date night locations can no longer be visited.

worst service I have ever received at a restaurant. Waited 15minutes after being seated to get a drink order placed. Placed order Food+drink and didnt receive it for around 20 minutes. We never got any refills or check ins to see if we needed anything. Then after sitting there finished for around 20 minutes had to get up to find the manager just to get our checks. Once we got our checks and he alerted her to us needing to leave we put on money out and waited for another 15 minutes for her to take the checks and process them. All together spent around 2 hours in ihop for a plate of greasy potatoes and coffee. Will not be going back. Might I add this was a friday night at 7pm not the middle of the night on a weekday.

Waitress was great. Seating sucked I feel like Im at ihops black Friday sale , over crowded, long wait to be seated even longer to be fed. Food is sub par. Its like theyre trying to feed the cattle. The over crowding placed our 5 person party at a table approximately 3x4 ft. I have a rack of syrup in the seat next to me for room. I wont be back to this location. Also 2 incorrect orders we didnt mention , as she read our order back to us she wrote it all down properly, definitely the 2 fat guys in the kitchen who arent paid enough to care.

Lamont is the best server id ever had period and i have eaten alot of places I only eat here if he is working, this guy really is great. hes got a wonderful personality, hard working and attentive, my girl and I are always taken care of and he does whatever he can to make every effort to keep everyone happy Ive never seen anyone leave him a bad tip or have any negative comments on his work. word of caution stay away for the server name Stephanie, I can only say this WOW ( as in shock ).

Worst service that I have ever received. The waitress left and didnt tell anyone, so we had to sit there for over half an hour just to get our orders taken. Would have gone somewhere else but since it was late there werent many other options. Only time I havent had problems at this location is in the morning around 8 am - 10 am, the staff actually seemed to care about their customers.

Well after waiting 15 mins to get a table.... then sat at a table to only be ignored for another 10 to 15 mins .. we decided that red Robin next door deserves the big fat tip I was going to leave... pretty sure that management need a refresher course in hospitality and business development and implementation of standards in the service industry. Oh yea it was 130 in the afternoon....

Just from the beginning with the rude hostess, I had an awful experience. We were told 30 minutes when there was 4 empty tables. Those tables sat empty as servers came up and got people. Finally as 30 minutes the rude waitress noticed that tables were empty and started shooting people. It was just a mess and those people could have been sat 20 minutes earlier.

I am a big IHOP fan, and my past few visits to this IHOP have been very disappointing. My most recent visit, I received very slow service. I brought this to the managers attention, and the manager yelled at me, saying hed have to check the cameras to see if I was telling truth. Very very poor customer service. I will never eat at this IHOP ever again!

Food = IHOP Quality Waitress = Very friendly etc. But guys, clean the place!!!! This will give the impression that your kitchen looks the same, and that there will also no one paying attention to details ... very poor Lamps dusty, All over the floor crumbs etc, Windows not cleaned at all, Silverware not polished etc.

This was my favorite place to eat.. Until I had the worst experience while eating a manager name Phil showed his employee so much disrespect just rude... I couldnt believe how he was talking to the server like that on the floor. Worse customer service ever and never apologized for jus being rude.

I have been to this restaurant several times and every time it has been a good experience. The waiter has always been friendly and constantly taking care of us. My food is always hot and delious. The spinach, mushroom omlet is awesome. One night the manager personally cooked mine.

We went there on sat for brunch, front desk who manages queue missed us and cleared many guests came after us. When we asked the question they talked very rudely..i am not going to this place again. 1 star is only for food not for service.

I still have memories of the late nights I spent here back when I was a teen. With a few of my friends, wed always go sit in the corner with a card game. The staff were always really polite, especially considering it was all a little odd.
