i would not even give it one star . They made me wait for over a hour and when i went to the counter and asked for my food they told me im next and to wait. The final time i went up there they admitted to me they forgot. I had 4 kids with me also. manager didnt offer me anything for the inconvenience.The employees working there needs to be retrained and the manager needs to get on top of the employees. if there that stupid they cant remember a order after i went up there a few times to remind them they probably cant walk and chew gum at the same time. DONT RECOMMEND GOING THERE EVER UNTIL THEY KNOW HOW TO TREAT THE CUSTOMERS AND DO THERE SIMPLE JOBS.

Second time Ive gone to this location through the drive thru and for the second time theyve messed up. For starters, both times they have been rude, almost annoyed that I am giving them business. This is also the second time Ive gone and theyve been completely out of Baja Blast mtn. Dew. Last time they messed up my order and conveniently left out the receipt, giving me the beef option when I asked for chicken. This time they managed to leave the beans out when I asked for a fiesta salad no meat only beans. This location is a combo Taco Bell and KFC, if they are slacking with the Taco Bell side who knows how bad the KFC is.

We ordered our food and then proceeded to sit in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. After we finally got to the window they didnt come to the window for another 5 min. After they finally came to the window, they handed us our drinks. I asked for a Baja Blast with no ice. Not only did my drink have ice but it tasted like carbonated bug spray. It took another 5 min for our food. And the person who took our order was rude. The person at the window was rude. Especially when we returned the Baja Blast and asked for a sweet tea. This place is probably the worst taco bell/kfc Ive ever been to. Wont be returning.

One star is a bit generous. On the day I went, it took TWENTY minutes in the drive through. I have never seen people get out of their cars and walk around before this experience - thats how long it took. Then the food... the food was awful. Tacos had barely anything in them and the other item I ordered, the chicken cantina power bowl was void of chicken. There were 3 or 4 pieces and that was it. Pathetic. I will go out of my way to never visit this location again. I understand fast food is fast food but this was unreal.

This was the slowest drive through I have ever been in. It was 2 oclock in the afternoon and I sat in the drive through for 20 minutes! I was not thanked at the ordering screen nor when I gave them MY MONEY. Its just rude not to say thank you when someone just gave you their money. This is the closest KFC to my home but I will certainly drive out of my way to go to a different location. Terrible terrible service.

Figured I would give an updated rating since this place has an abysmal average. Just went through the drive thru after work and didnt have any issues, the employee was nice enough and no mistakes were made. Service was prompt and food was hot. Its taco bell so dont expect something to blow your mind but overall my wife and I were satisfied.

Most disgusting tacobell Ive ever had. Messed up my order and when I went to go back to get my order fixed.. the woman was rude and didnt want to take my food back. Then when I started to complain she finally fixed my order and gave me old taco shells. It tasted gross, burnt, and old. I wouldnt even give this place one star. So disgusting.

Horrible since theyve changed majority of their staff. Slowest drive through, employees have no sense of urgency, orders incorrect multiple times, grilled steak stuffed burrito the size of a bean burrito. Would rather drive miles further to sandy springs if Im in the mood for taco bell. Expect to be more than disappointed!

This is literally the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Three times in a row, on different days with different crews, have they completely mucked up my order. And theyre so slow. Please do yourself a favor and go the extra few miles to the Taco Bell in Roswell. Youll be happier.

Luckily there is a real taco bell down the road. Waited ten minutes for food then they didnt even put any sauce in the bag. Whoever had the idea of putting fried chicken in the same place as tacos is a complete idiot. Thank you for narrowing my choices of what to eat.

Sloppiest, disgusting, garbage food service I have ever experienced. This is last time and 3rd time my taco was covered in slime. Im about to take an ad out in a paper to prevent innocent people from getting hurt from this establishment. What a disgraceful establishment.

I go through the drive through probably once a week and they always get my order wrong, like wrong 75% of the time, even though it is correct on the screen when I order and on my receipt. So frustrating!!! Check your order before you leave!

So its a Taco Bell /KFC, went in at 8:50 and they had already put their chicken away. Usually its done at 9:00 so I thought I had time to order. I just walked out. I enjoy KFC, but not the type of service that I get from this store.

Absolutely horrible location, both the kfc and taco bell are the same horrible staff, live right near here and tried for many years occasionally, depend on the wrong order dry chicken and it taking forever

This Taco Bell is awful!!! My sister and I came in to quickly grab some lunch and it took 30 minutes to receive our food. Not happy with our experience. Also, our order was wrong and cold!!!

40% of the time the order is bad. Either late, or cold, or something important is missing. But once I came close to closing and they gave me a bucket of chicken for $10. Its hit or miss.
