Im an Activities Director and we take outings to restaurants 2x a week. IHOP is a restaurant we go to about every other month. So I thought we had a good relationship with them.... We were actually visiting Rumis Kitchen next door and our bus was too big to get in and then back out of. So I called and asked IHOP if they would allow us to park in their lot at 11:30am. They told me "no" which I respected and understood. However, upon arriving with our senior residents we needed a safe place for our residents to unload and IHOP next door was the closest for our residents with walkers. So we pulled in with the intent to just unload (3 mins or less) and walk next door. The manager came out and refused to let us unload. I explained to her that we only needed 3 mins and we would not be parking there as we had asked and were told no. She would not allow senior citizens to exit their bus in the safety of her parking lot and was very rude and aggressive with us. Surprised and saddened. I dont think we will be visiting this IHOP is the future and maybe we will not visit IHOP for a while.

Save your money and go to a different Ihop. I have been going to this ihop for a very long time but this is the final straw. Went in today for breakfast, had to wait over an hour for our food. Waitress only checked up on us once until I had to ask how much longer. The table next to us decided to leave due to the long wait time. When the food was finally brought out, two of our plates had less than they were suppose to. It looked like they used one severing of eggs and split it to cover two plates. Thank god I did not want my eggs anyway. After finishing our so called meal, headed over to pay. The "manager" at the register was very rude/nasty. She made some very unnecessary comments. Had we known we were going to have such an awful experience, we wouldve left with the other table.

OGFM, PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not eat here, the services is very bad, the waitress was very very rude and ghetto . It was the worst food I ever eat, they made it twice for me and it very very bad. When I place my order to go I stood up and was watching who was making my food. What was very disgusting was the cook use his hand to put my food on my plate and I dont believe he wash his hand. I would never eat here again, this is the worst f**k place I ever been too. What top the whole thing off, I saw a big azz bug coming from the kitchen. When I think of IHOP now I think of this place and how bad not only the services but how bad the pancake taste. yuck !!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could I give it a -1,000

Husband and I have been going to the Sandy Springs IHop for over 30 years. We have seen a lot of changes good and bad and average. The current manager with all the gang like tattoos has gotten more and more patronizing toward the customers who are white, and on "unlimited pancakes" gives free food by the bag fulls to customers who are black. The restaurant itself could be cleaner, it is actually starting to have an odd smell about it, the service has always been good to fair. I dont think we will eat there again however. Sad as it had been a traditional with us for years. Maybe they want to run off their normal repeat customers.

Where do I begin? Even though we were quickly seated, it took 5 minutes to receive our drinks, and then it was another 15-20 minutes before someone finally took our order. Ten minutes later, we got our food, but I was fed up. I wanted to speak to the manager, who trying to use the excuse of a "shift change" as to why nobody took our order. We had been seated for 15 minutes when another family was seated and their order was taken right away! Worst of all, they comped our drink! Oh, a whole $2.29 discount! This is the MOST. NASTY. HORRIBLE. LAZY. GROUP. OF. PEOPLE. IVE EVER HAD TO PUT UP WITH!!!!

went in tonight and will never go back! its obvious ihop doesnt have dental benifits. server had no teeth,saw her lick her fingers and before serving someone . long hair and no hair nets for server or cook and I ordered a drink and prior to her bringing my drink she sat down with another server and ate her dinner prior to bringing me my drink. it was cold. could smell all the chemicals used to clean the bathroom while eatting at the table.... the worse!

I absolutely love coming to this location specifically. The staff is amazingly friendly. O come here regularly and Chanel, our normal waitress, is the best. She knows our faces as soon as we walk through the door and our orders as well. Frederick is super cool too and funny. The hispani chef is amazing.Food is always nice and warm.We have an ihop closer since we live off N.Druid Hills but we never fail to make it to this one. Highly recommend it (:

Omg, eat at your own risk. The staff at this location is very unkempt, one of the ladies was braiding her hair in the cooking area, like why? The place is literally falling apart, I wonder why the FDA inspectors havent shut them down or forced better changes out of this location. This is definitely a cause of concern, like I said above, eat at your own risk. Needless to say, I will not be going there until changes are made!

I have been to this Location during the day and it was ok, but I went in late in the night yesterday and I regretted it right away. Even though it was a slow night for them the place was dirty, had a weird smell, the food was cold (I left most of it and so did my friend), the wait staff was smelly, the uniform he wore was long due for a wash. We did not spend much time there and will not be going back ever again.

I visited this place twice. Pros: Coffee is good but they give you too much for one person. I tried waffles and french toasts, both were good. The tables and restrooms are clean. Staff are polite. Surely, opening 24 hours is a huge plus. Cons: It should be under $$ category. They give you a little napkins, but you can ask for it. The coffee was not really hot.

The servers that work here are really unwelcoming, very rude & the customer service is horrible. We are literally sitting here waiting and a server yells "Im ready!!!", after she told him that he "needs to wait". Its very dirty and unclean. I refuse to order anything because based on the attitudes of these servers, i have no idea what could be in the food.

I am giving 3 stars for the food only, but its not a place I would want to visit cause of the worst customer service. The waitress I served was looking for tips but not the satisfaction, was rude for the amount of tip given, Is she expecting to give tip of plates worth, its not like they went beyond and above. wow, what a service, never going again there..
