Proof that with time, comes change. My spouse and I went to this waffle house on Sept 24, 2016 for a to go order. We didnt call, as I never call Waffle House, theyre always too busy. Ooh wee was it thumping, however, we were greeted when we walked in. Our order process was smooth, had to wait a min, they were really busy. I have patience though. But sitting there, I was beginning to listen to the other reviewers thinking, They are surely going to screw up my order. Wrong. Everything was accurate to the T, and delicious! I always like to test an establishment for myself. Experiences VARY. Im actually about to go there now. -Sept 28, 16

On HOLD for 15.25 MINUTES!! Called into place an order; asked to HOLD, and did. Listened to various conversations, clanging of dishes, even heard a bag rustle very close to the phone! - no one picked up phone to take my order! Texted my friend and asked them to go INTO WH (as they pass on their way to work), and ask to speak to the lady on HOLD. I heard her come in, ask to speak to me, and they said, "She still on hold?!!" 15.25 MINUTES!! I suggested she ask for a free gratuity-hold cheese grit bowl and see if they do it - THEY gave a FREE small orange juice! WHAT?! No-Customer service. . .

I called to place my order while I was on the train heading there. They answered and greeted me like they would do any other customer. I began telling her what I would like but She asked if I could hold on for a minute. While I waited, I heard her playing with her co-workers. It was a time sensitive issue because I wanted to be a able to grab and go before my bus left the station. Whenever I heard her voice get louder, I would say "Hello" loud in hopes that she would pick up the phone. I ended up hanging up since she seemed to have forgotten about me and went straight to my bus.

If I could I would give a NEGATIVE 100 INFINITY rating.... not only do they never answer the phone thats sitting right up on the counter but they will have a full staff....see you come in....see u just stand there and stand and stand but never greet you....never acknowledge u just as if u do not exist and they could care less about the companys reputation. I havent been able to eat all day and wanted something before my meeting but NOW have to starve through it because nothing else is close enough. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.

It was a terrible experience. The server was rude, checking her phone at the table. We couldnt get our drinks refilled because after she brought us our food she rushed us with our checks and went outside to tend to her phone. Honestly, the whole staff was rude. I saw a gentleman trying to settle his bill and the ladie standing in front of him was too busy talkong to what seemed like a friend or boy friend. Next time im in atlanta i will make sure to avoid this location like a plague

Worst Waffle House experience. sadly this is the first review Ive ever left for anything. Terrible customer service. They were over staffed and not busy, drinks never came, waffles we never ordered came first and the server we had came to us 20 mins later saying "Ill go ahead and call your order in now.". This actually felt like discrimination! We ended up walking out and telling them to cancel the order. Im still trying to understand why we were treated this way.

Do NOT eat at this location! A lil history. I initially ate at this location when I first moved to Atlanta almost 3 yrs ago. Food was good. But, upon finishing my food, a roach ran across my table. No lie! ......FFWD to 01/18/2016. Poor customer service, food was cold. (Grits, anyway)And to top it off, the cook and one of the waiters almost got into a physical altercation, resulting in the termination of the waiter. (Smh) ...Just so unprofessional!

Horrible place to eat went there last night and after a 40 min wait finally got the food and as soon as it was time to eat there was roaches freely crawling around the floor. The manager on duty acted as if nothing was wrong when we told him he blew it off saying "Oh they sprayed yesterday thats why the roaches are coming out" This place should be shut down, tore down, and then rebuild. I give this establishment no stars.

Didnt even get a chance to taste the food. Went in to place a to go order and was told that all the waitresses disappeared somewhere and that the cook couldnt take the order. I said I would wait and the cook threatened to call the law for waiting for service. This place obviously needs new employees! Called the following morning and the manager apologized profusely and gaze our intended order for free.

I placed a to go order in the restaurant. I ordered 2 cheese and egg plates one with bacon, the other with bacon and sausage. Not only did one order have no meat at all but neither eggs had cheese in it. How is it that you offer a cheese and egg plate and forget the cheese? And of course my order was already bagged at the counter when I paid so it wasnt until I got home that I noticed the error.

This place is in a great location and offer great meals from morning breakfast meals and lunch and dinner meals. In fact, if you are feeling like eating by breakfast at lunch diner or evening time , then this is the place that serves you whatever meal that you desire, in addition , to the fact that the meals are colorful, inviting and tasteful.

Service sucks Ill never go again...No manager on duty my order wrong there were employees sitting around talking and playing with each other on the cell phone as if we were not there waitress never refreshed our coffee or sodas...No one acted like they were at work wasnt even any other guest when we were there no excuses for the bad service

Most of you guys have never worked in the food industry before because just about ever restaurant I have worked at has roaches. Now its a waffle house diner, you dont expect to get treated like kings and queens there. You go there for a quick bite. I never had any of these problems that were mentioned in other reviews.

I called in my order, repeated it 3 times. Sent my brother to pick it up, I spent 30 on 3 All Star Speicals . The onions on my hash browns were not cooked. I paid for mushrooms and orange Juice but didnt get it. Called and they said there is nothing they can do about it, you already left the resturant.

Luke warm food lumpy half done grits slower service no drink refills even my waffle that was customized wasnt warm when recieved.... everything sucked literally and the odor from the door leading out of the common area wreaks etc waffle house terrible terrible service.

I havent ran into rudeness or intentional bad customer service like most and thats a plus to me especially in this area just thankful for people who do their job right without the attitudes like most food service jobs which lack the customer service care....
