Its hard for me to give a five star to a place, especially a chain. But I couldnt find fault. The place was clean, the food came fast ad fresh and everyone was very friendly. Even though it was busy, we got seated very quickly. I got the southern omlet and a stack of chocolate chocolate chip pancakes. Probably ate too much but everything was great and the portions were plenty. And with tip, we didnt pay over thirty bucks between the two of us. This is definitely an IHOP worth visiting again.

Seems that new management took over. Weve ate here before and no problems but now the place was absolutely filthy. My fiancé had hair in her food (which we got refunded), we had to get up just to find someone to get us refills, and when she got a drink "to-go" the cup had a dead gnat on it. Very displeased and will not be returning. The manager didnt seem to know what he was doing. Plenty of open tables when we were leaving and a line out the door.

I was there late on a Friday night, the place wasnt busy, but they told us it would be a ten minute wait to be seated. It was 30 minutes until we were seated, another 15 minutes later we left having not seen a server even after asking for one. In my experience, long delays for food usually is an indicator of issues in the kitchen and poor food handling. With the other review reporting gnats on their carry out lid, Im glad I left.

Third visit in the past year in a row that I walked out after being seated. None of the times the restaurant was ever busy and would leave me sit there for 15 minutes without even getting a drink order in. Hostess was also rude and dropped the coffee lid on the ground then asked for us to get it for her then put it back on. Nobody wants floor coffee. Will never visit again. Have had good experiences at the Springdale location however.

For starters, I stood to be seated as folks scrambled wondering who would seat me. Secondly, when being seated the waiters 1st choice, both benches were torn to pieces, the 2nd choice table wasnt clean. Good thing I carry Alcohol spray! Last but not least, the quality of presentation 0-10 (4). They need to remodel and pay their staff, maybe customer service &food presentation could increase. 2 stars being generous.

I did not have a good time at all at IHOP. This is my first time of poor service here. Me and my friends were seated 30min. after we arrived and our food came in about 2hrs. after being seated. The server didnt know she was scheduled work and seemed to be the only waitress around besides 2 other people. The server forgot to tell the cook my order and came back with less food than I asked.

Ive only been here a couple times but its always strange. There are always odd people eating here. But the service is good and the food is good. Neither are GREAT. Hence 4 stars. Its also never been crowded the two times Ive gone at lunch time. Which is a pro and a con.

I was a little upset that 3 servers went past me before I had to ask could I be seated. A statement was that the servers just left. They only had 4 tables with customers and 3 servers. Really? My server was very nice and reasonably attentive. The food was just okay.

The service here is the worst...I waited a long time and nobody came to take our order...so we left to eat somewhere else...when we got there,lots of people were there when we came to eat...I totally recomend not coming here...if u want to wait like almost an hour

Dont order any special coffee, l mocha or vanilla has no refills and yet its just regular coffee black, no cream mocha or vanilla. Waited 30 mins for black coffee at a premium price. Not sure about the food yet, maybe they did something right?

The seats in our booth were torn up when a perfectly fine and clean, set up table was right across from us and the coffee mug they brought me had lip stick on it. Slow service and not very good service. Definitely wont be coming back.

Poor service, Almost empty most of the time, waited long time to be seated, food poor, over priced. Bad experience each of the 10 times we were there. Better off going to Fishes, Perkins or Waffle House.. Never going back to iHop

Horrible service. My toast was burnt had to wait to ask for more toast. Also my crepe wasnt what I ordered. By the time I got my whole meal I ordered my food was cold. Also was here at 3pm. Not a busy time.

This is one of those hit or miss locations where its either really good or really bad depending on the staff. IHOP is a good basic restaurant but you have to keep your fingers crossed at this location.

Greta place to be baked late at night. Always welcoming to a group of people looking to spend a good amount of money on a ridiculous amount of food. Nice server lady. Well deserving of a solid tip.

We waited an hour and a half for our food. i walked to use the bathroom and there were plates lined up and no servers. the waitress fixed the bill it still wasnt enough. I will never go back.

Small portions, big prices, rather slow service. I had to share my lunch with my child because their child meal left him hungry. Id rather go to Waffle House than this place.

Comfort food at its finest! The hash browns were a little oily but the rest was really delicious. Id definitely come back for my breakfast fix. Pleasant and quick service.

As a guy that likes breakfast, IHOP is pretty awesome. I like the servers, nice, polite people and the food comes our very quickly. Ill definitely eat here again.

Super nice and friendly staff! Although out of kids coloring papers server offered crayons and paper for my 2 yr old to play with! Food came put quickly and correct!!

Decent IHOP food. There were few people here but it took maybe 20 minutes after we ordered to get a kids pancake, an omelet, and pancakes. Very slow service.

We eat breakfast here when we get bored with Bob Evans. Its just OK. My favorite is The Original Pancake House, the one in Montgomery, Ohio only.

Slow service, rude team members and no where near enough staff to handle the 7 tables in the building. Food was decent but extremely over priced.
