Worst Ive ever had at a waffle house. I got my hash browns and toast first. About 4-5 minutes later I got my sausage which I had to sent back because it was burnt on one side and hadnt been flipped over and cooked properly. 2-3 minutes later I got my eggs. And , then last I got my soda. I got two refills on my soda which I had to ask for both times. The guy cooking couldnt do his job properly because he was too busy being obnoxiously loud and laughed loudly at every thing he said. This happened at approximately 2:30am, June 4th. I dont normally fill out surveys but I felt the need to say something because I dont believe this is the way you want your restaurants operated.

The staff were having a blast at work and even started singing along with the songs I chose on the TouchTunes Jukebox. Which is another thing; they actually have a working, new age jukebox with updated songs! Food was 100% on point and picture perfect; we asked and his name was Jamie. Our waitress, Jessica , was friendly and easy to talk to about our order and shooting the small talk. Whenever Im within 15 minutes of this Waffle House, Ill choose it over any others.

I had to throw this review up because I used to stop there every weekend after driving up from Cinci. However, last time I stopped, all the signs were torn down and the place was dead empty. So, sadly, this Waffle House is no more. Anyone in the area, I recommend the one off Route 63, which is one exit before (if traveling northbound). Good luck, and happy driving!

I have been here before and my service was good but today i waited 30 mins for a single waffle and an order of bacon (3 strips) within 10 mins of placing my order a guy came and order an hamburger and he received his food 15 mins before i received my food once i was given my food it was a cold waffle and some over cooked bacon will not be going back anytime soon

Contrary to other reviews, this place is not closed and never has been. My only complaint here is that the cooks put raw bacon on the prep board in front of the grill before they put it on the grill, then put other food on the same spot, such as when they cut sandwiches. Major health risk.

Despite the bad reviews, I have visited this waffle house several times. All around great visit every time. Just had steak and egg breakfast and Im stuffed. Just like most places, its not the chain or restaurant that is a problem, but employees on the shift when you visit.

Its Waffle house, always dirty floor & tables, booths to small to sit in, loud inattentive waitresses. Food is good at this location. Ive been to some really bad locations but this one gets 4 starts only because I cant give 3.5. Ive been eating here on and off for years

Fairly clean for a waffle house. Waitresses so busy talking to each other u get no service. Coffee sat empty twice for more than 10 minutes. I left and it was still empty. They didnt even give me a bill i had to stand up and wait 5 mins for them to figure it out.

Very unprofessional customer service. More interested in texting on cell phones, that being attentive to the paying customer. Food was shoved instead of handed to me. No eye contact, or friendly greeting. If you dont mind those things, this is the place for you.

I am a HUGE fan of waffle House and have been to a ton of different waffle houses all over the North East, East, and South Eastern America and this one is as expected; delicious food, same layout, clean restrooms, and an added bonus of wonderful staff!!!

Excellent service, this is by far my favorite location. Our waitress, Jenine... was very attentive and friendly. Highly recommend this stop. Try the hash brown bowl it was the bomb! More than needed but Delish.

Waitress brought sweet tea after I said water, when there was a question about the bill she insisted that it was correct even though there was no way it could have been that much. I just paid it and left.

Simple instructions waitress cant interpret, i said double angus cheese burger even from other menu and Texas cheese steaks. She said i said 1/4 lb. Thats .25 pound for you section 8 speaking fools.
