I came in late at night with a friend to grab a late night dinner. They messed up my order and put chicken in my quesadilla when I am a vegetarian and asked for just cheese. I talked with the cashier and she seemed so nice about it! She immediately got me a new one and even included cinnamon sticks and a taco! The customer service was fab! The late night employees were great too! Will be back :)

This is my go-to taco fix. This location serves the same food as any other taco bell, but the diner is rarely full. Pleasant staff and fast food. The store is a combo pizza-hut, so you can get both stores foods. The store is not current with Taco Bells latest style. It could use some updated decor and dining tables. The drive through is much busier than dine-in.

The service here is just flat out bad. I went with my family in our road trip and have been rushed after everything we ordered with the question "is that all?" and "anything else?", the line was over fifteen minutes long, and they didnt even get the order right! I recommend you use a different one unless you want to kill twenty minutes just on waiting.

Is it too much to ask that my order be taken by someone I can understand. If you have a thick accent maybe customer service is not your calling. They mix up been/beef often. I often find myself using multiple words to help them understand, beef, cow, meat. Need I moo at the drive thru speaker for your employees to understand my order?

We substitute beans for beef everytime we go there and 5 out of 6 times they mess up and we have to go get it corrected. How hard is it to pay attention to the substitution request? Also there have been times where the rice looked and tasted like it was scraped from the bottom of a dried pan.

This is still one of the best taco bells i have been to...... Ever! people in the other reviews are talking about not getting their substitutes. Taco bell does not allow substitutes as far as i know, so this tbell letting them do that is interesting. If u crave tbell, try this one!

Ehh...what can I say? Its Taco Bell, not Tonys Steakhouse people! Typical Taco Bell service with typical food quality. You know what you get when you go to Taco Bell. For those who havent been to one before, just go. Its Unamerican to NOT go to Taco Bell at least once!

It would be quite helpful if they would get my order correct at least 50% of the time. On my last visit I was charged for something more expensive than I received, given no receipt, and no napkins. Better training would greatly benefit them!

I could not get the lady at the counter to take my order. she would not stop talking to the customer in front of me. after 5 minutes myself and another customer walked out.I could still hear her talking as I went thru the door.

Was there today 8/25 and yes this happen. Found a blue paper which looks like it was probably a cover for a sauce. Which I was driving to work and just happen to look down before my next bit and there it was in my food.

Good thing was they have pizza along with Taco bell. My kids wont eat Taco bell. But attendant wasnt paying attention and our food was on counter till I asked if it was mine.

Always super busy during lunch hours, expect to wait at least 10-15 minutes in the drive thru. But my food is usually decent compared to other Taco Bells in the area.
