9/4/2013 "Have it your way" . . .Unless Abdul states otherwise; this apparently is the new slogan at a local Burger King located at West Chester 6031 Muhlauser Rd.I drove to this place of business today because they have a sandwich I quite enjoy named Carolina BBQ TENDER-CRISP. Everything was going just fine up until the point i got to the second window where the star of the show Abdul appeared he twisted his hat and joked with the cook in the back asking him "have you got those 2 Carolinas ready honey child" we at first enjoyed the show while waiting for our food then he informed us "we dont have the sauce that goes on the sandwich girl" Now of course without the sauce its just a Regular Chicken sandwich and if we wanted that we would have ordered that at the beginning. ---------- So we informed him that if its Alright wed just like our money back because the sauce is what makes the sandwich tasty. THAT WAS A BIG MISTAKE, something inside of Abdul snapped that moment he looked at us with passion in his eyes took his Burger King hat & Headset and tossed it to the floor and stormed off leaving me in my passenger in complete shock. The biggest insult was that he also didnt give us our money back which really upset me; Thats when the manager named Tasha or Trish I cant recall at the moment came over and said "Wait, What happen now" We explained how we ordered the sandwich but after we got to the window they told us they didnt have the correct condiments so we asked for a refund and Abdul stormed off to an unknown location; thankfully the manager refunded us in told us the name of our cashier. I dont know what came over him, or who got him that angry but its never right to take it out on the customer his behavior was not professional and I feel uncomfortable going to that location knowing that he works there.

Employee at the drive thru had a very poor demeanor. As if we were interrupting her day. Asked for some lemon for iced tea and dismissively said they didnt have any. I said, "the packets of lemon juice like what the ketchup comes in." She again said they didnt have any. Not that they were out but that they dont have it. I have had them at all the other stores Ive been to. Then as we pulled away from the drive thru my wife opened her sandwich and saw it was the wrong kind. She asked for a bacon croissant and got sausage. No problem. It happens. Well, the wrapper was marked bacon so someone wasnt paying attention at all. I pulled up to the front door and my wife ran in to exchange it. She explained the situation to the employee who without acknowledging her just turned to the kitchen and yelled for a bacon croissant. They made a new one for her right then. She came out to the car and we left. When she unwrapped her sandwich (which felt room temperature), it hadnt been warmed up at all. The eggs and bacon were not even warm. The cheese wasnt melted and the croissant had ice crystals in the middle. All I can say is that each of the employees had a complete lack of concern for their job. Food preparation or customer service. Even though this store is about a mile and a half from my house, I can guarantee we will not patronize it again. There are far too many options for food in the area. No need to have a repeat of that poor experience. I wouldnt recommend this particular location to anyone.

First they gave my son chicken nuggets that were so old they were hard and not worthy of a dog.... no big deal. I requested a cheeseburger instead and they gladly complied. However, while eating my whopper I bit into what I thought was an onion peel only to find out it was a rather large piece of plastic. After fighting back vomit, I attempted to call the number on the receipt which went to a fax machine or at least that is the tone I heard. Finally, I called corporate and was told I would receive a return phone call which it has been over a week and nothing!! Worst establishment ever!!! I have pictures and the receipt as proof. Do Not Eat Here!

Well there was a sign on speaker that said say hello so we know your there. We did, Sat there a while and nothing. Drove up to the first window no one was there. Drove up to the second window no one was there. After sitting there a minute someone with gloves came over and we explained we waited at the speaker, person said the speaker was out and you have to drive up to the window, I responded they should probably put a sign out, not rude or anything. The person with the rudest attitude said Im not a technician. So we drove off rather than ordering food and a huge inconvenience.

Worst experience.. So many attitudes were flying in this building but after seeing and listening to how the manager was acting, I can see why. She had the attitude that shouldve been left at home. Getting upset bcuz they got my entire order wrong and she had to fix it. Thats not my problem. Will never come back.

It sucked to say the least! The front counter guy was rude an you couldnt understand him, I order 2 kids meals they didnt tell me they didnt have toys! Our order was all messed up! Horrible place! I will NEVER come back to this location

As the only person in line at the drive thru, I was made to wait. Then once at the window I was once again made to wait almost 5 minutes. After paying they forgot I paid and tried to get me to pay while handing me the wrong order.

I dont expect a lot from fast food, but this place lowers the bar even further. Cold fries, messed up every sandwich, rang it out as two orders so as not to have to enter either order correctly. Wow!

Just ordered fish combo...i think the fish has been under heat lamp for hours...it was hard and dried out..gave it to my dog..and she wouldnt even eat it. I will not be back at this burger king.

Ordered four orders and after 15 minutes they actually got one right. What a total train wreck of a restaurant. Tried to call but I guess they dont know how to answer the phone as well.

Although the food and cleanliness of this place is exceptional. The staff is not always friendly and will rush you to order. However my overall experience was still a positive one.

Like any other fast food clean dinning room taste better than Windys though just my opinion but I prefer home cooked
