My husband and 3 yearl old son went yesterday to the west chester location. Was dirty no tables clean , trash can full of trash, i had to clean my table myself there were no napkings to clean it . Ask for chicken nuggets for my son they didnt have anymore what ?? There were only one couple and one party of 5 inside and one or two cars at the drive trhu we had to wait 30 Min still no food , we went to the registrer asked for money back , we werent the only ones there was one super mad guy from the drive trhu asking for his money back he was yelling . There were only TWO guys working inside besides the manger . The cook guy sneezze out over our tacos we run out the place never will be back !

Ive been a fan of JitB for a long time, but my experience this morning was terrible. A cold breakfast sandwich, and coffee that tasted like it came from the front office of a shady used car dealership. Even though I came through the drive-through, there was no offer to add cream/sugar, so I had to pull over and attempt to add this while in my car. Then there were the greasy hashbrowns. Of course, I expect those to be a little greasy, but I also expect to have a couple napkins included in the bag. Nope. I wondered why the guy in the car before me angrily snatched his bag and hit the gas. No doubt, he had already had his fill of this place and wanted to leave asap. I feel ya man.

I wouldnt even give them 1 star. We stopped in at 11:00 at night on a Monday and seen the drive through was a little busy so we parked to go in but the doors were locked and it was clearly marked on the door that both the drive through and inside was open 24 hrs. So we got back in the drive through line and waited for at least 30 minutes before even ordering. Then they were out of chicken nuggets, chicken strips and their ice cream machine was down. Then to top it off we didnt receive all of our order. We asked the guy working the cash register if they had people call off and he said no they just dont schedule enough people. I will never again go here!!

Three times there. Food was okay. 1st time there I got 10 breakfast sandwiches. Drive through person was having problems with the cash register. Sat almost 10 minutes before they got register to work. They didnt even put the order down until they figured out the cash resister. 12 minutes later I received my order. Mentioned it to manager when he brought the food. I was nice and firm and said they should have dropped the order in while figuring out the cash register. Manager said I should maybe call it in next time. Mentioned to him that if they need to figure it out. 2nd time 3 sandwiches ordered asked for sausage, got bacon.

Horrifyingly disgusting! Hands down the worst chain restaurant Ive ever eaten at. I went there because I heard their tacos were something to experience. The staff was nice (funny, even!) and the place was clean; but the food was AWFUL! I ordered a cheeseburger and their infamous tacos. ALL of it tasted like the cheap microwave food you purchase in the freezer section of Walmart for a dollar. This isnt an exaggeration. Im pretty sure no cows were harmed in the making of my cheeseburger. I only ate half of everything because it was too disgusting. I have no idea how JNTB is in business because the food is an abomination.

Waited 25-30 min in drive thru line from start toy finish with one car ahead of me. No apologies. Waited 15 min for car in front of me at order box. Waited almost five min at order box before even a verbal acknowledgement. Another 10 min to pay and get food. Totally ridiculous. Could have sat down at a restaurant and been waited on and left happy in that amount of time. Why didnt l? Because this is the only JITB around here, I happened to be in the area, and l wanted JITB. Not sure Ill be craving it again any time soon though, after today.

Im usually one to order inside, but a piece of printer paper said the lobby was closed. A lady came out and locked the door. So I went through the drive through, the guy told me to "hold on for a sec" and when he asked me for my order he said he couldnt hear me even though I was practically yelling right into the microphone. I repeated my order to him 4 different times and each time he said he could not hear me. Yet, when I said I was going to leave he heard me then? Fix your lobby and learn to listen to your customers.

Sorry guys. .but the food should be hot, especially when ask to make it fresh. My food, and my friends was snot cold, and not just this time but every time I come here. The dining room was dirty. The tables had not been cleaned and we had to choose one without left behind food left on it. The restaurant was not busy to have that going on. I didnt try to use the bathroom....didnt want to hurl. Someone needs to give the piggy fest a surprise visit. By the way...the location is Westchester, Ohio. Just close the place.

My first time at a Jack In the Box. I think its awesome and I am sad that they have no locations near my home. I would put it on par with a Rallys but much more affordable. This is the best fast food I have had in ages and it was cheaper than McDonalds! P.S. we were on the road and so we made sure to take a restroom break when leaving and to my surprise the restroom was nice and clean and well stocked. It had a sign asking me to report if it didnt meet my expectations. Awesome work by the staff!

First time ever going to a jack in the box Worst fast food ever food was horrible service was slow forgotten part of our order and on top of it all the whol time we were in line i seen 3 seperat people who looked to be all cracked out who were walking up to people at the drive thorough probably trying to get money for drugs i had to roll up my windows so they would not bother me and my girl friend this is the reason why i carry a gun to may sketchy people out there today i will never go back again

Absolutely horrible! Waited over 10 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches and a breakfast platter only for the lady to wear one basket of food and drop another. Did they offer to remake our food, nope. Did they even apologize, nope. Nothing, the lady put the one basket she was wearing on the table, like there was nothing wrong with it. Coming from SoCal, i enjoy stopping by here when were in the area, not any more. They need to go back to being fast food, quit trying to be different.

Had to wait in the drive thru for 25 minutes just to get a stale bun and cold curly fries. I watched 2 employees smoking while I waited to order my food.. When I finally got my food I asked for ketchup and the night manager acted like he put some in my bag but he didnt . I went in to get my son ketchup and there was a nasty used condom in the parking lot near the door. I will never return to this location.. horrible service ,cold food ,horribly staffed and disgusting parking lot..
