Brixx is more than just pizza. For all of you who have said not another pizza joint in Deerfield you need to give it a try. Great owners and great staff eager to serve. We were seated by a short teen with a great smile, who thanked us for trying out the restaurant. I believe they are shooting to be cutting edge in their beer selection. Matter of fact, they tapped their own cask of coffee stout this weekend which included a free glass for trying it and they said had to be consumed within three days because of the cask process. Dont know about you, but that is more than just another pizza joint! As a huge fan of draft beer, you have to try it. My wife loved, I believe it is called, the Thai chopped chicken salad. My son and I had the pizza that is basically a Cuban sandwich (my fav sandwich) including dill pickles. It was spot on. Anybody who keeps Rhinegeist Truth on tap gets a return visit from me.

They staff and service were excellent. We were greeted warmly and the server was very attentive. The atmosphere was great. The food was not as great. We had 1/2 meatball special and 1/2 Bronx bomber. The sauce was too much on the tomato paste side for my taste. The crust was thin (which is the way I prefer it) but it was not crisp. It was soft, a bit mealy and overly salty. The meatballs were very squishy and did not have a good flavor. They seemed out of a box. The spicy Italian sausage was the same way and was not spicy. I like my cheese with a bit more color on it and this was not colored at all and it seemed as though it could have been cooked a little longer. There was no wood/smoke flavor on the crust or pie which I expected there would be. Overall service and atmosphere were great but the food was not worth recommending.

First visit to this place tonight and it was packed! That said, everyone including the lady that greeted us and took our name at the front door to the host who seated us, to the wait staff who helped us to the manager that checked in multiple times was absolutely wonderful! They all seemed very well-trained and all had a great attitude! Given that it was so busy, we thought it might take awhile to get our food, but it all came out, well-made in a very reasonable amount of time. Our beer flights from the bar did take a bit, but given how packed this place was, it was well within the limits of reasonable. The pizza was very well-made and tasty and the desserts were fantastic! Would absolutely return back here again! Great new addition to the area!

I dont drink very often, but when I do, I prefer to have a margarita on the rocks, especially in Summer. Very refreshing and delicious. I ordered Brixxs special margarita without the jalapeno. It sounded delicious, it had pineapple and coconut rum in it, in addition to sweet and sour mix and tequila. And let me just say, IT. WAS. NASTY! It was BITTER, and SOUR! I asked the waitress if the coconut rum was missing and she said she saw the bartender put it in. I had to add a sugar packet just to get the thing down. And it cost $10! What a waste of money and calories! Never going back. I had the 4X4 pizza. It was good, but nothing outstanding to warrant the price. $25 down the drain.

Well a new place pops up and I go and try it. Parking was easy, lots of open parking space, easy in and easy out so that was easy. The building is very nice, given its brand new, go figure. It was cool, went in on a Friday night, they were packed, they took our name and phone number and text us 22 minutes later confirming table was ready. Place was really dark with more of a bar setting than pizzeria, which is fine, I gathered quickly the place was prideful in its selection of beer or whatever, I only drink liquor and ordered Mid-Winter Margarita, 2 of them and they were very delicate and delightful, perfect with a nice portion of liquor giving me a nice buzz

Ok pizza and pasta but for the price its not worth it. There are a ton of pizza places and pasta places in the area. My wife got the Pomodoro and I got the Caribbean jerk pizza. Hers was not much of anything to write home about. Angel hair pasta with what tasted like any sauce you can get at Kroger and the portion size was half of what you might find at Olive Garden or Buca Di Bepo. My pizza fared a little better but at 12 dollars you can get the same thing at Rapid Fire or Blaze for half the price. Also at those places you dont need to tip which makes it even cheaper still.

I had such high expectations for this establishment. While the service was impeccable, our food was less than impressive. I found the pizza to be grossly undercooked and quite flavorless. It certainly could have been cooked a bit longer to create a crispier crust throughout. My daughters cheese pizza closely resembled the appearance of mine, however managed to be even more undercooked. The hubbys pizza, the buffalo chicken pizza, seemed to be the only highlight of the evening. He throughly enjoyed it. Im unsure if we will return as our experience was quite disappointing.

Went to Montgomery Rd location. Busy and hostess at the door very rude. Was asked how many in my party and I said 5. She energetically told me that would be at least a 30 min wait. I asked if it would be 30 and then another 30 to get order and she said they were very busy, thank you Captain Obvious. An answer like yes or no would have been better. So my party of 5 walked across the lot and got a fresh Chipotle meal for half the price and 3/4 the wait. I expect that Brixx will have a wonderful 3 monthsteals at that location, at least with that staff.

Horrible!!! Everything about this location is a disaster. Unprofessional managed, ran, and definitely an opportunity for lots of improvement. GM Gavin needs to accept constructive criticism, not be so smug in his demeanor. He talked about a coaching opportunity for his dishonest and untrained kitchen staff. However, he could use a schooling in professional leadership and management himself. Food terrible quality, drinks horrible. I do give this place even a year. Too bad. Why would 2 brick oven pizza restaurants move side by side??? Hmm

Good pizza, a bit more $ than the nearby Blaze and Locale pizzerias, but you get a little bigger pie and better ingredients. Only 2 stars due to the beer. There are 24 beers on tap. I ordered several beers on several different occasions and I believe they are having some QA problems with their beer. Flatness, skunkness, otherwise off-putting flavors in beers that I already know and love (Mystic Mama and Gumballhead). Need to fix the beer delivery issues before I bring the review up to where it should be, 4 or 5 stars.

I had the chance to each at Brixx Wood Fired Pizza last week 1/05/17, I was seated quickly and was helped in a timely matter delicious, everyone there was polite despite the snow and reduced staff. The food was amazing. I had chicken Alfredo pasta and man that was good. I enjoyed my meal, and enjoyed the service, so much I am going to go there again, tonight, this time to try some pizza. Update: 1/10/17 Came in and was seated quickly, prompt responses and the 4x4 pizza with the soup of the day was amazing!
