I waited to post this, I wanted to make sure that with this scathing review I wasnt acting on the disappointment of the moment but here I am a few weeks later STILL disgusted. I called the store to make an order at around 9:25 and there was no answer. I was close by so I decided they were probably busy so Id just head over there really quick. I pulled up about 30 minutes before closing to 2 young men sitting on the ground outside smoking cigarettes (they werent busy when I called, they were outside). It was very awkward even going up to the door, they were open but I felt like I didnt wanna bother them, they were clearly relaxed. I apologized to them for coming and interrupting their break, I genuinely felt bad, and he was friendly and reassured me that it was no big deal. In fact, he was friendly the whole time. I ordered what I wanted and he immediately began to make my food (sounds good right?!) The only problem was not only did he not wash his hands, after smoking a cigarette and opening a door that people had touched ALL DAY, but he didnt put gloves on and started to make my product! I was speechless!!!! I couldnt believe what I was seeing as I was watching him go full handed over my cheese spreading it out like he was massaging his germs RIGHT INTO MY PIZZA!!!! I said nothing, I looked around for a sink somewhere thinking I had missed him washing his hands but there wasnt one! He was making my pizza with no gloves and dirty hands?! I decided I would stay because I felt bad leaving! It was only 6 dollars, Id pay for it, not eat it and get something else. So I sat down to wait. 5 minutes rolls by. Theyre cleaning up and sweeping their dirty floors (really dirty). 10 minutes. 15 minutes! My pizza is sitting outside of the oven and Im looking around for someone to box it up?! No one!!!! Where are they? I looked around and finally decided up just go for it and dip....I wasnt about to pay for cold disease ridden food. The guy was nice, I dont blame him even the common sense would tell you to wash your hands! I do blame the management though! Thats just training and accountability! I will literally NEVER eat at this location again! The thought of this night will haunt me forever and Ill skip this Little Caesars! Get it together yall, this experience was BAD!!!!

I cant imagine how long this location will be able to stay open, which is unfortunate, they have good food at fair prices. But when you are told menu items arent available ten minutes before close, I am more than happy to go one building over and get equal quality food, possibly at a higher price, but far better customer service. I know Im not the only person in the neighborhood that this has happened to as well. I figured I would give then one last chance, but there are too many other good options to deal with crap. Update: many months later, after seeing their latest advertisement campaign on deep dish pizza, I decided on one more chance....go figure, sold out of all their deep dish. A pizza place out of crust? I guess its not too surprising that they have an empty parking lot on a friday evening.

I wouldnt even give this place an entire star. Twice now I have called and placed my order with the Manager and both times my order was not complete when I arrived and I even live about 20 minutes away. Both times they have "forgotten" to make one pizza so both times I had to wait. They have even charged me for things I didnt receive, when I called and requested to speak with the Manager he sounded like an 18 year old kid and he seriously cared less about how displeased I was. After explaining why i was displeased all he said was "and how can i fix that for you?" He couldnt even suggest how to compensate me for the items Im which I was charged and didnt receive. Seems to me this store needs new management and hopefully they get it soon. I will NOT be returning to this store again.

Wow the worst service an the worst pizza. Very skimpy on the toppings. The sauce (which was very light) was showing through the cheeze. The dough was already stretched in the pans with flies landing on it waiting to be made into pizzas. The guy that owns it was dirty looking. Oh yeah the $5 hot-n-ready wasnt ready n was $5.55. Go somewhere else thats what I do now.

sorry to hear that Ben had a bad experience with this location but at the begining of December a new manager took over the store i have been stopping in about once a week and all i can say is that she is doing a very good job the customer service, quality of the food and speed are all well above average she is doing a very good job keep up the good work!!!

Would give it better stars if they honored what they advertised. Went in and saw a sign that said download the mobile app and get 5 bucks off your order did everything, ordered on the app, it didnt register the 5 bucks off and neither did the guy at the counter who saw me doing everything. Other then that its what youd expect out of a little ceasers.

I called in an order, they said it would be 20-25 minutes. I went to pick it up and they hadnt even started it yet! I was also disgusted when I saw the people making the pizza without any gloves one. I left without anything and will not return to this location. Apparently "Hot and Ready" means nothing.

I wish their pizzas looked half as good as they do on the TV commercials. Every pizza I have gotten must have been hot and ready for hours. All dried up and no taste. It reminded me of the play food (pizza) my little girl has in her toy kitchen. In other words not edible.

They let me sit and wait on my food after the fact it was ready and they waited and prepared someone else order. Then when I get home both pizza are not cut all the way threw or baked all the way. Very disappointed! ! ! !

I had bad experiences in the past with this store. But I gave them another chance this first week of March. What a huge improvement! Pizza was much better and the cashier was very friendly. I will be back soon!

Tried to jip me ive always payed 10.35 for two hot and readw pizza two punk ass kids try to tell me the price hasnt been that for over a year this is the worst one ive been to .

Never have "hot and ready" ready. Have to wait 15 min each time. Prices are higher than other little ceasers. I like Little Ceaser, just not this one.
