My daughter and I went to the restaurant on this past Friday. She wanted to add Cheese bread to the order , I was getting 2 pizza. When it came to check out time she wanted to split the payment. The pizza was charge and the cheese stick were to paid for by cash. She told the cashier, Brittany what she wanted to do. Brittany charged the card and took the ten dollar bill. Only receipt she gave was from the credit card receipt. the pizza was fine and the kids enjoyed it, so for that i have not complaints. The next morning, while balancing account noticed that the charge was for the total order. I asked my daughter for the receipt, which she gave the cc receipt. I called the phone number on the receipt and spoke with a Manager name Christy (Very Pleasant) who told me to just come to the store and pick up the money. When I went to the store, i found out the number on the receipt was to another store and Christy didnt work at that location. I explained my situation to the manger DeAngelo and he called his General manager. After about 20 minutes, my daughter walked into the store and identified the cashier, Brittany as the one that was working the night before. Brittany remembered the transaction and said she was suppose to bill $6.04 to the card and accepted the $10.00 in cash, which would cover the $16.04 total. I showed her the cc receipt for $16.04 and she apologized and knew she charged me too much. When I told Deangelo what she said, he reponsponed that because I didnt have the actual receipt (which Brittnay never gave my daughter) there was NOTHING he could do about it. Even though his cashier admitted it, There was nothing he could do about it! Really??? I asked for his name, her name and the Corporate office phone number ( he gave me 1-800 Little Caesars) What??? I googled the corporate office and called them. Customer Service passed on my information to the Franchise Owner, Who has not called me yet. I guess taking the money of a little girl, and charging a single mother of four extra money is their way of increasing their net profit. Thank you Little Caesar. By the way Mr. Franchise Owner, that night I spent $38.00 at Papa John, just because I refuse to have you STEAL from me again.

Dont try to work here it isnt worth it , well for me it wasnt. I came in here about a month ago asking if they were hiring and I filled out the application there. That is when the General Manager, Diane, interviewed me and told me to come back the next morning. Long story short, I worked one day here because she failed to give me the correct schedule. The schedule I had said my second day of work was a week later. Mind you, her or any other manager didnt call me to let me know that I was supposed to working those days. Plus when I showed up, she didnt even fire me it was a shift manager, LOL. Very unprofessional, lack basic communication skills, and disrespectful. And by the way, when it comes to ordering from here, you will most likely wait for a regular Pep pizza($5)because they only want to prep their Most Best pizza($6). Just imagine the complaints of customers waiting 10 minutes for something they shouldve had HOT N READY. Lol

I ordered from Little Caesars at 7977Tara Blvd. I ordered a cheese pizza with extra cheese and a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and I got no extra cheese on neither pizza. I guess Rochelle is the manager and she said I would have to return both pizzas even though I have six kids that were extremely hungry and couldnt wait to eat. She said she couldnt disclose the corporate number and refused to give me her last name. She was extremely unprofessional and I work with Pizza Hut and we never refuse to give out the corporate number and the customer is always right in our book.

Ordered two custom pizzas - veggie and pineapple. They were cold and dry - tasteless - barely any pizza sauce or cheese - and an inch and a half of nothing on outer crust. Expensive bird and squirrel food. Too be fair, my experience is that both Pappa Johns and Domino, also, barely hit their mark when throwing on the cheese. Throwing is perhaps too generous; its more like dusting the pizza with cheese.

I walked in and ordered 5 pizzas. I left and went to Krogers, came back and my pizza still wasnt ready. Their workers were in the back with no hair nets on fixing food, laughing and joking around while customers waiting.
