I have given this place too many chances to get it right to no avail!!! Arrived just after 9pm with plenty of time to order before 10pm, when they say the kitchen closes at 10 that means he is cleaned up and ready to leave at 10, we were finally able to place our order at 9:45(just a simple pepperoni pizza) then the waitress advised us that the kitchen was closed. I asked for a manager (seems that one is never there) so I talked to the cook and asked when the kitchen closed and he said 10 I looked at the clock and looked back at him, he then asked "What do want? I said" What was on the ticket the waitress handed him". He said "Ok" so we waited till the 10:45, (which is normal for them) still no food so I inquired about it and found out the cook left and didnt make the pizza,after I had told everyone in our party that we would be eating tonight. Again I asked for a manager, not one available so I asked when he would be in tomorrow, I was told the drinks and appetizers were on the house..... I was not looking for free snacks, I wanted to eat pizza. Not sure if the management knows what is going on or not but a good manager would be on top of these things, it was obvious they didnt want me to speak to him so Ill let it go and never return. But I will leave this for my community to beware of this place because if things like this are happening out front, I can only imagine whats going on with the food in back! Thanks and be warned!

***BEWARE OF HAZARDOUS MOLD*** My husband and I ate here Friday evening 4/7/17 and it will, undoubtably, be the last time. Upon ordering our usual pizza, I went to use the Parmesan cheese shaker that they have on the table. As soon as it sprinkled out onto my slice of pizza, so did the immense and disgusting odor that the rest of restaurant could noticeably smell as well. It wasnt until I turned the Parmesan shaker around that I saw it, the 2 inches of mold build up inside the shaker. Appalled, disgusted, and sickened! If this was happening in the front of the restaurant, then who knows whats going on in the back where customers cant see and access. Not only that, but once we notified our server, we waited about 15-20 minutes until we had to ASK if a manager was going to come out at some point to acknowledge this huge issue and health violation. When the manager finally came to us, she was nice but her excuse was unacceptable. She said it must have been because the shaker wasnt refrigerated the night before. Excuse me, but this mold DID NOT FORM OVER ONE NIGHT. This is a clear act of ignorance of keeping up with health codes and proper upkeep of a restaurant in general. Nice or not, the manager is in charge of keeping things like this under control and I am sickened by the lack of care for their patrons health and that this wasnt taken more seriously. You have been warned!

Been there several times now bad experiences all the way around, from being out of items on the menu to just not cooking food at all. Tonight was the icing on the cake not going back again we had a rather large group of people come in the were busy so we waited to have or order taken. When our order made it to the kitchen the cook told the waitress the kitchen closed ten minutes ago. My buddy went to the cook and explained what was going on he agreed to make our food then apparently left the restaurant without telling anyone else to fix it so we spent 45 minutes waiting on something that was even started. The waitress was very apologetic and I understand its not her fault its just bad business.

We have one here a few times and have experienced excellent service and excellent food as well! They have the most amazing huge fresh salads with the good greens, not just iceberg lettuce like a lot of the restaurants. Their pizza is to die for delicious with great fresh toppings. And to top it off their prices are fair. I am so glad we decided to finally try this awesome restaurant because we will be regulars there from now on! Kudos to the owner/chef he has really found his calling! I would have done for & a half stars but decided to go the five star because everything around the board was so awesome and thats hard to find in a restaurant.

Im from Jersey and this was definitely NOT NY pizza. Anyone from NY or NJ knows our pizza is not dry, our pizza drips oil, this pizza was dry with hardly any sauce and almost no cheese. We ordered extra cheese too. I ordered the "baked" ziti. It was boiled noodles with a little bit of cheese melted, not baked on top and I didnt taste any ricotta cheese in it at all. The only good thing was the server Leah, very friendly and attentive. The new owners are NOT from NY or NJ or even Italian, they are from Turkey and they have no idea what NY pizza is.

The service is terrible and the food not so great. We ordered 2 salads to start but only one came out. We finally had to ask for the other salad and the answer we got was the cook doesnt want to make another salad. So they took it off the check. While the cook sat at the bar on his phone . Your better off getting a frozen pizza and making your own salad because this place sucks .

This was hands down one of the best date nights my husband and I have ever had Jennifer our waitress and bar tender was absolutely amazing the drinks were heavenly the food was wonderful great prices. The karaoke was wonderful and a nice touch to the warm welcoming atmosphere. We will defiantly be back. Thank you so much Jennifer.

Dont waste your time. It took a very long time to get food. When I did the mozzarella sticks were terrible. You can find better in your grocery freezer section. And while youre I. The frozen section get a pizza also. The pizza is a waste also. They should be ashamed to put NY pizza in the name

I love the original NY stromboli. It is definitely my favorite. Usually the pizza is really good. Last time, the cheese was a little sparse, but they bake the pizza til the cheese is actually cooked! One of my pet peeves is an unbaked pizza and these guys do it right!

I live in the free home area and Id love a pizza/bar to go to.. but this place has the most terrible service. Ive come here 3 times hoping the last time was just a bad day. But I will not be back. This place will be closed soon

Our whole family Loves the Pizza!!! Not sure why some reviews were so harsh on their wings. Why would you get wings to begin with? Would you go to a wing place for pizza? I mean. Its even in their name.

Great service, delicious food and priced well! We had Gyros and they were fantastic! The pizza that was going out to the other guests looked amazing as well! We will definitely be back!

The pizza, is better than Dominos and Pizza Hut, but its definitely not New York style pizza service is not that good both take out or inside.
