The pizza was very good, the kids making the food were very courteous, and the band was quite talented, but those are the only positive things I can say about our visit on 2/11. There was one server for the entire restaurant, which was packed, and she was not up to the task. We dined-in and waited an hour and 15-minutes for a very simple pizza. We asked for, and received, water when we arrived. However, when my husband asked for a refill the frazzled server made him feel like he was imposing. Feeling sorry for her, my son and I did not ask for more for ourselves. After the pizza (finally!) came, we still were not offered more water and there was no getting her attention to even ask. Seeing how overwhelmed and frazzled the server was, my 13-year old son took the initiative to get up to ask for a refill at the counter. The server happened to be behind the counter and she said to him "what do you want now? Your table sure drinks a lot." She sent him back without a refill, came to our table and plunked two jugs of water down in front of me, and said that would be "easier" for her. At that point, we had waited an hour and 20-minutes for just 1 refill! An apology wouldve been appropriate and appreciated, but it was not offered. It should also be noted that during our 90-minutes at Hunter Pizzeria someone came around not once, but TWICE, asking for tips for the band. Not to offer service, or even some water, but to ask for more money. I dont know if our experience is the norm for this restaurant, but needless to say we will definitely not return nor would I ever recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of options for good pizza.

Not sure about the below comment because the pizza is delicous and the staff is as friendly as can be. We, my family and I, ate there this evening and the people, food, and live blue grass music was wonderful. They were packed and managed to fit us in and boy am I glad they did. Its usually hard to accomodate the whole family at dinner time but they satisfied our whole crew. Would have given 10 stars if possible. Great local place! We will be back for sure!

The pizza is delicious. But the service leaves a lot to be desired. The lady at the counter was rude and acted as if everything I asked was annoying her. I have had the same experience with her on more than one occasion. And Ive always just let it go. But I believe this will be my last order from here. I cannot continue to give my business to an establishment that does it appreciate it...no matter how much I like the food.

First of many more trips to this pizzeria! We had a carry out deluxe pizza that was delicious! This pizza was the heaviest pizza Ive ever bought. The young man at the counter was friendly.
