I use to love this place a year ago would have the best food especially their burgers. Boy were Roosters burgers good way better then their wings legit. But now I think Roosters has added a new tactic to the kitchen team that I dont think is working. Basically they hired a bunch of monkeys to run their kitchen now and cook the food. Which in turn has resulted in low food quality, the simplest item a Bobs BBQ burger they messed up, how? Idk how? Also what comes with a burger? Fries obviously after not being served fries I ask the waitress where are my fries? She responds you have to order them with the burger. Aight so here comes my revolutionary idea when someones orders a burger or entree ask them if they want sides with it just so they know you have to order sides with it and sides wont come with the burger automatically. Pretty crazy idea, I know but I think Roosters can pull through and accomplish it. I then decide it might be my time to leave this place I ask for a to go box,drink, and napkins. Now you might be wondering how could they mess all three of these simple request up? Lemme tell you Im handed a to go box with wing sauce smeared all over it, disgusting, never got served my to go drink (left after waiting 5 minutes), and also the napkins had wing sauce on them. Idk if theyre going to the zoo for their hiring process or what. But you would be better off going across the street and getting McDonalds then coming to Roosters at its current state.

I had eaten here a couple of times for lunch and really like the wings so thought it would be fun to take the family to check it out. Went on a Friday night at about 7pm and we were seated right away. We had a trainee waitress that was a little green but she was very pleasant. The service was slow but with it being a Friday night and our waitress team having a rather large party next to us that they were tending, it was okay. The real disappointment came once the food arrived. We had two orders of wings (mild and sweet thai chili) and a Italian sub. The Italian sub was okay nothing special, one order of wings tasted good (sweet thai chili), and the second order of wings (mild) well tasted really bad. I tried to them and they were not eatable. The sauce was disgusting. I felt like I was eating a Harry Potter vomit flavored jelly bean. The most disappointing thing was the size of the boneless wings. They were tiny, should have been called nuggets. You did include a couple of extra nuggets in the serving but this was really disappointing. As mentioned, I have eaten here a couple of times and have ordered bone-in and boneless wings so I felt like I had something to compare against. How they get back to serving better quality food...not sure that I can convince to family to give them another chance though...

Horrible food and customer service. Have dined at the Polaris location 3x and the food has cold, soggy and subpar every visit. We should have known better, but figured we would give it one more try since all the other locations seem to get it spot on. Whats more disappointing is the lack of concern from management when we explained the situation to the manager- mind you we never asked to speak to anyone. Dont ask me how everything is if you arent going to take the time to correct or apologize for the inconvenience. We were offered a discount but the bill was never credited any discount and we didnt even eat all of our food. We quietly paid the full bill and left- keep you little discount and use that money to properly train your cooks and management team. Our server was wonderful and the beer was cold- too bad we were never offered a refill....

Would love to rate this place a five star, but the only thing that would be considered a five star is them being able to pick up a phone. Tried to do a carry out, went to get it and the Order was messed up and was told it would only take 5 minutes to fix, when it really turned into about 15 minutes. So let alone the 20 minutes it was SUPPOSED to take turned into a half hour wait, that was unnecessary. Plus by the time we got home the only thing that was good was what they had to fix everything else was cold and a waste of money for cold food, when I could have bought frozen food and just left it out to thaw.

I love Roosters. Ive been going to Roosters since I was young and the best thing that ever happened to them was the smoking ban. The wings are huge and the boneless wings and strips are great. I love the breading. The sauce is pretty mediocre but it does the job. This particular location is closest to my house. Its a new place and incredibly clean. There are TVs everywhere and they have free wifi. The servers are nice and while its always packed, Ive never waited more than 15 minutes for a table.

This is the worst roosters in Columbus. I just ordered takeout 20 min ago and I asked for Carolina gold boneless wings and they were barely any Carolina gold sauce on them. I also asked for chicken nacho and they didnt give me any chicken. Absolutely horrible I am very disappointed. I have lived in the Polaris location for a year now and i can honestly say I have never had a good experience there. Looks like I will have to travel to the Henderson Road location to get great service.

Ill admit we came in at like 20 til close. Kelsey was great! She served us with a smile and didnt rush us. However, the food was horrible. The wings were cold and came out way too fast. There was barely any sauce on them. The the tots were mushy and not very good. We then seen that there was a pool of oil at the bottom of the tots. You could turn the bowl upside down and the oil pored out. Kelsey didnt charge us for the tots and took another 2 bucks off but Im never going back!

Our waitress was nice enough, but the place was poorly managed and poorly run. Four or five teenage girls were crammed behind the hostess counter, none of whom was friendly nor productive. We sat at the table for 10 min without anyone stopping by to offer water or silverware. The girl who brought the food spilled wings on the table. She promised to bring back new wings but did not return. Food was ok, but the restaurants management and staff need to be re-trained or replaced.

The server Maryssa was great, her manager Mia on the other hand was snotty. I was watching the Cubs game and someone changed the channel so I politely asked to turn it back on. She was too stupid to know how to work the tv and kept making snide remarks when I was trying to help her search it. She gave up after turning the Indians game on and said "Here watch something local" ARE YOU SERIOUS?! I have a feeling they will be accepting applications for a manger real soon SMH

The place is cleaner than 161 Dublin Granville Road n Cleveland Ave. Everyone is very nice. The chicken was crispy like I asked. However, service sucks. Our kid (yep) is so casual and carefree....cold potato skins!!! It takes her forever to do simple things like...get plates.....a cup of ice (never received). Had to go to the bar for drinking refills...had to take plates off of another table to eat....Maddy C...is the worst server. NEXT!!!!@
