I just wanted two-2 piece dinners with mashed potatoes and cole slaw. The girl was so confused then told me $16 because it came with pop and cookies. I told her I didnt want that. She told me I had to have the pop but took off the cookies. $14 what the heck.. I dont drink pop and was so confused and frustrated I told her to forget it and Id go to Taco Bell. Pretty bad when you go to a restaurant and cant buy what you want. The service was awful and I dont see why they dont train these people to have problem solving skills. Im sure it could have been rung up differently and had both a satisfied customer and taken care of the problem. I wont go back to this KFC. .

it was 9pm and they didnt have their headsets on. They close at 9:30. I waited at the drive thru for 15 minutes and the line was getting longer. pulled up to the window and three people are just sitting on counters doing nothing. no headsets on. They all look at my car as I pulled in confused by me being there and the middle aged woman that opened the window was incredibly rude and condescending. She said "oh nobody took your order?" well all three of you are sitting here with no head sets so obviously. Got the entire order messed up by the way. Terrible service. If you didnt want to work at a KFC when youre 35 years old maybe youd make better life choices.

They usually take quite awhile to even get your order. If you go through the drive thru, be prepared to sit for a long time. Also, make SURE you check your order before leaving! I have been to this KFC many times and no joke, EVERY TIME they mess it up! They either give you the wrong sides, forget your sauces, or short your chicken order! The food isnt bad... but they could improve the service!!!!!!

Stopped to get food just before closing. Ran some errands, came home, got the food out and realized they shorted us a whole boxed meal! The one time I didnt check and its to late to call, they are closed. I will be calling first thing tomorrow when they open!

Their food never tastes fresh. Slow service. Have eaten there a few times always thinking...well maybe they were just having a bad day or maybe to busy. Always the same dry chicken. I avoid that KFC now.

We bought the $20. Family bucket. I like the chicken and gravy is great. Coleslaw is very good too. Service was fast and friendly. Typical KFC.
