Multiple errors were made with my order. I actually asked the person working the drive-through about one of them, and she lied to me and assured me she had included what I asked. After driving all the way home and starting to get food on plates, I realized that she had lied to me and also gotten my sides wrong. I attempted to call so that I could receive a partial refund over the phone. This locations phone rang for four and a half minutes with no answer, so I was forced to drive all the way back for a full refund. The store manager attempted to give me only a partial refund, because one entire container of gravy had been emptied. While I respect that the store policy is to only refund food that is actually returned (to prevent people from buying twice what they need, eating half, and asking for a full refund), any reasonably intelligent individual can figure out that this is not the situation for which that policy was written. I did not buy $30 of chicken in order to commit retail fraud over $1.30 of KFCs terrible gravy. I did not return uneaten excess, I returned an entire order because my entire order was wrong. Overall, this location has the normal fast-food level of incompetence, but the counter staff would rather lie to customers than put in the work to get an order right and the management is unbelievably petty.

They never have extra crispy chicken when I go to this location. Ill never go back. I stopped in at 5:00 which you would think would be a good time you go...its dinner time for most people. I settled for original and wish I just drove off and went somewhere else. Chicken was old, coleslaw was totally dry (no dressing to it at all) and so were the biscuits. Waste of time and money! Dont bother with this location. They apparently focus more on the Taco Bell side.

Went thru in drive thru and ordered the three piece meal regular stlye. It comes with one breast, one thigh and a leg. I took the meal home and opened the chicken box. It was some greasy baked chicken. The skin was not crisp but soogy and fat. It was half warm like it had been setting for awhile and there was no breast just two thighs and a leg. I will never go back here again and I suggest everyone else avoids this place.

I LOVE this Canton KFC! Although we have to wait sometimes for the grilled chicken, the food is always fresh, hot and super good, the staff is pleasant and efficient and our orders are correctly filled! So glad to see that the baked beans are back!! Really missed them!

"Ran out" of chicken twice in the last month 30-45 minutes prior to closing..."ran out", how about no one felt like making any. Drive thru is terrible, its the slowest service I think I ever experienced. The managers need to work at night because its clear they dont.
