If I could give them a MINUS ➖5⭐ I absolutely would!! I paid $12.07 for a 3 piece box meal: 3 pieces of original chicken, mashed potatoes w/gravy, coleslaw, 1 biscuit & a medium drink. What I got was 3 pieces of chicken strips that were so nasty and cold and greasy that I would NOT have eaten them on a dare!! A little thing of stale, cold and super nasty popcorn chicken bits of "WTF!"!! (This place is a cold stale nasty mess!!) The sides... mashed potatoes w/gravy were also cold, the so called biscuit was so cold and stale that it had gotten so hard that it didnt even dent when I threw it on the concrete patio for the birds. I only live 3 miles away so the drive home couldnt be to blame. The diet Pepsi and coleslaw were all I could salvage for dinner!!! I so remember why I had stopped going to KFC in Powell now and I would strongly advice that the rest of you do the same!!!!!!

This location is KFC/taco bell combo. Have received consistently good customer service here, out of 15 times being here only one mess up, but it was on a very specialized and customized item. Food is served well consistently, end even the one mess up really wasnt much of an issue as the item was highly modified and has never been made correctly the first time by any location.

This particular KFC has terrible service. The staff is always undermanned and poorly trained. I have tried to contact the regional manager to no avail. The wait times are up to 35 minutes for an order. This store does a great disservice to the legendary KFC brand. Pepsico, get this problem resolved!
