Ill be going to KFC for now on. Ive given this place far too many chances. The last straw was yesterday when I was at the dive thru. The lady seemed to not even pay attention to my order. When I got to the window, her back was facing me, I thought maybe someone was talking to her so I waited. My guess is about 30 seconds went by, she turned around and on her phone..... She didnt make eye contact with me once. She took my card and handed it back staring at her phone. The only thing that was correct in my order was the nasty tbsp sized portion of rice, and my drink. I was confused with the whole situation. Ill never go back after that.

I order 10 piece dark meat and 1 side the girl said 10-piece white and I said no I had 10 piece dark so she took the Box took out some chicken and I thought she was correcting my order I get home they put in two breaths One Wing and I had maybe five pieces of dark meat instead of having one coleslaw they gave me three coleslaws and the biscuits were hard this is ridiculous I should have checked because they act like they know what theyre doing but my advice to you is to always check your order before you walk out that door. I was not happy

I gave one STAR, as there is no option for ZERO STAR. Staff at this location need to learn or be trained on how to communicate with customer, Popeyes have very good name, but the staff at these location might spoil the name & Popeyes reputation with their way of communication & their RUDE behaviour; with the way the drive thru staff yelling, unfriendly, not-welcoming, rude communication we experienced today we dont recommend this store to anyone, please avoid going here until the staffs are well trained on their behavioural attitude.

This place is very rude very trashy but more importantly incredibly racist . I placed my order and waited 15 minutes for my food while five other people ahead of me receive theirs. I was not even mad but when I asked for my money back because my lunch break was over "Apple"had nothing but rude comments to make and then cursing while the manager stood right there and listen to it. They made it very clear with the comments your business is not welcome here if you are white or if you have a complaint .

This store is horrid. Ordered our food. Had trouble finding a clean table despite there were only 2 tables occupid. I tried 6 different tables and they were all dirty. Waited 15 minutes and still no food. Asked for the manager. Apparently the girl that took our order didnt tell the kitchen to cook it. Asked for our money back and the store manager had no idea how to count our change back. Unbelievable. Will NEVER go to this store again.

I just gave this place another shot and I couldnt tell the difference between the spicy and regular tenders unless they just made my order wrong. None of the chicken was spicy at all. The only reason Id probably go back is for the red beans and rice. The chicken also had kind of a rubbery texture unless it was just sitting a while. Yea I shouldve cooked oh well.... The sweet tea wasnt bad.

Horrible service.. drove for lunch and got a shrimp meal... got back to work to eat, and not a single shrimp in the bag... had to drive all the way back, and they wanted to hand me a bag of shrimp... I told the manager i wanted the whole meal replaced, and she pretty much threw it at my window. This place is rude, and dont care about their customers or service. RUN way from this place.

This people are VERY RUDE! Wont be going back there. They didnt gave me what i order, and they didnt even payed attention to what i actually order, if im paying for something i want what i ordered. The woman who was there today even had the nerve to be offended when i told her my order was WRONG!!! Thats no different then having your money stolen for VERY POOR SERVICE.

The food is good but this location is kinda ghetto. My family and I got to enjoy a show with our dinner... A woman get the police called on her. She decided to cause a scene in the resteraunt fighting with staff and digging through the trash bins to look for a lottery ticket she thought she threw away.

Horrible. Every time I go there either you have to wait on chicken or your food is missing. The majority of the time you place your order get to window they dont have enough chicken. This location needs to get it together. Im assuming there under staff since you always have to wait for food.

I personally love Popeyes. Be sure to try a few of their signature sauces with your chicken. This location has never messed up my order. The inside has been clean each time Ive visited. Some of the staff could be a bit more friendly. Recommended.

Never returning! They are constantly forgetting your full order. And have The nerve to be rude too. Not all employees are rude, but if Im spending money I want all my food and not to feel unvalued in the process.

Excellent food! I went WAY out of my way to get this food. Service was good, however the order taker wrong my order up wrong, but I think she was trying to help me get the food I wanted but in a meal form.

Have eaten here quite a few times and the past few times it has made me sick. Service is always average, and you never know if you will get all spicy or all mild regardless of what you order.

I ordered a spicy two piece dark meal and both the leg and thigh were small. A few bites and it was gone. The staff was very noisy but friendly. Bathrooms needed to be cleaned.
