I went here to try the Georgia Gold chicken. The cashier rushed me through the order, TOLD me what I wanted and I ended up getting confused about what the heck I actually ordered. She talked So fast and insisted...INSISTED that I wanted the $5 box....Which is NOT what I asked for. She said "no you want the $5 box.. Its cheaper".... I filed a complaint on their website. I was SO possed when I got back to work to some regular chicken! Its 10 min away and was not worth the drive back to get my money. Word to the wise...If you truly want to help me...Repeat my order back to me and make sure I understand what it comes with and what it doesnt. Dont try to do me any favors to save me $.49!!!!!!

After waiting in drive thru for 15 mins, someone asked me what I ordered because she was confused. I told her what my order was and they only gave me half of it. They didnt ring me up for the wedges that I wanted. I couldnt tell on the receipt because it seems like the ink was out so I went inside. After going inside, I waited an extra 20 minutes (very slow for being fully staffed) and I finally asked about our missing wedges. They said no one rang it up and I said okay can we just get it because we waited for 30 minutes, and the lady just looked at me and then walked away (after rolling her eyes at me). The staff does not know how to satisfy a customer. Do not come to this store.

First off the drive through lady was being disrespectful when my boyfriend told her we wanted the the same thing but then changed the drink saying "you said it was the same thing but ok then" no type of manners at all at the door and after asking for ranch and a fork for our mac and cheese and mashed potatoes we dont get one? You cant go out of your way to get one? The fact that she went out of her way to "correct us" on our order was so disrespectful and made me even more upset when there was no fork or ranch. I hope someone talks to her about her manners

Its on the way home so, I keep hopping to get what I order but its never right. The last 4 orders have been wrong. The people are nice but either dont care, or just cant read an order. I dont think Ill go back to this one. Its not convenient if it is always the wrong order. My advise if you dont want to play the menu roulette game, is go somewhere else.

This is the most expensive chicken I have ever seen a 10 piece meal was $28.00 and every time I mean every time I have purchased from here the chicken is soggy and half of it has no skin. Whats the point of eating fried chicken with no skin and its always crammed in a to small container, dont know how this place is still open. GROSS

After 20+years goin to this KFC; I ALWAYS HAVE TO CHECK MY ORDER!!! I WISH THEY WOULD GET THEIR chicks in order. When I do call Mang; they allways say were changing Mang. How can u run out of EX crisp at peak or slow time? Every time I go here their is allways a issue. This is a store that needs CORP HELP.

I should know better to check how pieces of chicken I get. Another visit I order 16 PC+ and Im at a loss of three pieces smh you try to call but they dont answer. I spend $40+ to get a good meal after a long day and get disappointed

I dont mind waiting for good food. But good food from this location is not what I got. Mac and cheese and gravey were like soup and the chicken was nasty. Even got a stomach ache after eating from this location. Will never go back.

Every single time I come there is at least a 10 minute wait through the drive through and the inside isnt much faster. The service is terrible, so slow. Unfortunately its the only one around.
