Im extremely annoyed at this place. Usually its fine, but Im on a plant based diet and asked for a grilled stuffed burrito fresco style no meat add potatoes. Well they gave me a burrito with ground beef and I almost threw up. Then I go to change it and they give me a burrito with this white sauce which they say comes with it. Last time I checked, fresco style means NO SAUCES switched to pico de gallo. And they didnt exchange it. I know this is a first world problem, but its customer service first.

Ok so based on how average Taco Bells go, this one was definitely a fiver. My tacos were full. I could easily stop there, I havent ever seen that at a Taco Bell. Ever. But on top of that the health score was actually in the nineties, the gentleman at the counter was having a blessed day and cracking up with guests, and the music at this location is, what, 70s funk? Its amazing. Only thing was the floors and tables werent too clean, otherwise a rare store among Taco Bells.

Made me and several other customers wait more than an hr for our food. We spent so much time there that customers started sharing life stories with eachother. There was no lids for cups. There was no napkins. Nobody wiping tables. When my order finally came it was incomplete but I ate what I got anyways because at that point I was starving. This location owes me a crunchwrap supreme!

Worst customer service I have EVER had! Manager would not fix my wrong order...said I got what I ordered and if I wanted steak instead of beef I would need to pay for a new one. What an awesome manager...no wonder they are ALWAYS hiring! I will NEVER visit this Taco Bell location again...and if this "manager" worked for me, she wouldnt anymore!

I was trapped in the drive through for 50 minutes the other evening. I am not exaggerating. I go here every now and then and it is usually fine but 50 minutes in a drive through and with the curb on both sides you cant leave. They said they were understaffed. I will never be back at this location. I was late for an event. 50 minutes.....

Where are these photos coming from? Who is doing these reviews? I drove here yesterday and its a neighborhood. Its in a row of neighborhoods. There is no zoned, commercial real estate within a mile of this location. I used GPS and my android phone. I think this is another screwed up google location.

This used to be a shining example of a well run fast food place, but my last 2 trips here were over 20 minutes waits in the drive through with employees that clearly didnt care. There are other quick food choices that are better and you wont wait your whole evening for them to make a few tacos.

Disgusting counters, floors and drink machines. Drinks half out and dispensing water only. Tea tasted off to me. Food was just above gross but partly my fault since I took the tacos back to my office and they got soggy. I use to love Taco Bell 25 years ago. What happened?

Open late. No spillage on my tostada. I judge TBs, on how they transfer the tostada to you at the drive thru window. Quiet. I also look at the cleanliness of the lot. I rarely go in to a TB, and appreciate TBs for being tasty, hot, cheap, fast, and generally *open late*

Their Chalupa is a dollar cheaper than any other locations Ive been to. Solely for this reason I trust them more than all the other locations lol. Never a long wait line and they make your food with love it seems lol

Horrible service. Food was cold. I watched customer come in, stand at the counter for over 5 minutes and finally walk out because no one ever came to the counter. Now I know why I LOVE Del Taco so much better.
