Never again will I ever go back to this restaurant. Everyones hair is just running wild. I waited over 20 minutes for my order of a Grill chicken Cobb salad. I specifically stated no corn, no peas. I was told I was waiting on the grilled nuggets. When I finally arrived home to eat my salad, not only was there corn in my salad there was a long strand of hair in it. I immediately lost my appetite and called the store. When I informed the person who answered the phone what happened. She asked can I come back? I said not today. She left me on hold for another 20 minutes while I was driving back on my way to the store. I then walked in the store with the salad and my phone in my ears still waiting for someone to get back to me. As I looked around, I observed that no one had on hair nets. I addressed it the manager Latoya and she stated the workers up front does not have to wear hair nets. Then I pointed to the worker in the kitchen who had dreads and who was not wearing a hair net. She then stated he was suppose to have one on. Really? Why was that not checked before he entered the kitchen to serve innocent people. The manager was very sorry and then told me I can come back when she is working once I remember her name. Really? I will never eat there again. So you dont put it in writing or enter it in a.book? Terrible way of handling that situation. I am writing this review to avoid this from happening to anyone else. Please in force your rules in this location to avoid this from happening to a loyal customer who normally drives the distance to find a Chic fil A restaurant when fast food is an option.

I had an awful experience matter of fact I work next to a Chick-fil-A always spend my money with Chick-fil-A and never have I had service this deplorable. I could tell that the little girl was new but when I told her I want a number 7 she said sausage or chicken I said chicken no cheese she said a number seven I said yes so I can tell she was confused because she asked me the same question over and over again so when I was asked for a third time what I wanted I pointed to the board to where it clearly says chicken egg and cheese bagel she rudely as her co-worker and emphasize that I said a number seven like I know any other way to order a number seven. Then my daughter asked her can she order fries and Nuggets she told her no because his breakfast although we have had it done before we werent really bothered by that so we moved on but then we walked outside and she gave my daughter unsweetened lemonade so we had to turn back in and come and get that fixed then when I get to the car sit in the parking lot traffic look at my sandwich it had cheese on it. I really was upset then because after speaking with the manager the third time I ended up having to wait about 10 minutes to get my food which wasnt their fault because she should have ordered it right the first time not to mention that I clearly told her the order was to go but she had me for a dine in and she never asked for my name. The management was very accommodating but Im late to work because I had to get my $11 order corrected 3 times. This was not a good start to my morning

Worst Chick-Fil-A in Atlanta, by a huge margin. As a raving fan of Chick-Fil-A, Ive eaten in many of the stores around Atlanta. I am accustomed to over the top excellent service, friendly smiles and greetings, and rare is the case that a store misses the mark on any point. Yesterday at Cow Appreciation Day, this store missed in a big way. With a car full of kids dressed up for the festivities, we entered the drive through as there was not a single parking place in the lot. A poorly designed lot, with no way to exit besides waiting in line behind other traffic, probably contributed to the delay. We sat in the parking lot, and drive through line, for 34 minutes, mostly because we were unable to go any other direction to get away. Arriving at the speaker, I told the order taker that the kids were dressed up and she informed me that they wouldnt honor that at the drive through, wed have to come in. I told her that the lot was full with nowhere to park, and she said "sorry, thats the rules". We were trapped, with ridiculous customer service. Ill never be back to this location, and really cant imagine why theyd have often repeating customers here. Pathetic really. We finally drove away, and the next store we went to were happy to see the kids dressed up, honored the dressed up kids in the drive through, and thanked us for coming. Shame on this Wesley Chapel store.

Firstly, Id like to note that I normally dont like Chick-Fil-A. I find their menu far to expensive and their food average at best. In spite of this Ive returned to this location twice and was not disappointed on either occasion. They have made up for the extreme prices with excellent customer service, Wi-Fi, and outlets to plug up your phone and computer. As I sat at my table, I had food brought to my table and my drink refilled without having to walk up to the counter. The staff was friendly and helpful and even remembered me later when I went up to order dessert, asking how my spicy chicken sandwich was (And she wasnt even the one who took my order!) Im a big fan of getting my moneys worth, and I often say to friends and family that atmosphere counts for a good deal when it comes to value. The food was good, fresh and tasty, but more than anything this restaurant excels at customer service! I hope that the girls working today are commended for doing such an excellent job!

If I could give them "0" stars I would because this isnt just an isolated incident. Every time I visit this location something goes wrong. Either they get my order incorrect, or instead of opening at 6:00am when theyre scheduled to the drive thru begins serving customers at 6:10am as workers slowly matriculate into work. The latest, and final inconvenience happened this morning after pre-ordering a food tray for my department at work the day before. Of course when I arrive the manager from the night before has entered my pick-up time in incorrectly even though he repeated back to me at the conclusion of my order. They "politely" explain to me that itll be 30 minutes to get that food together, and ultimately that Im going to be late to work despite getting up and out the house early. Its sadly clear that the workers and management just dont care. Its a shame that this only happens on our side of town. Disappointed black man!

The service I received today was HORRIBLE! I visit this location on a regularly and they usually provide excellent customer serivce. However, I was extremely dissatisfied with tonights service. The line was extremely long, however I choice to stay. I ordered 2 combo meals and a small tortilla soup. They packed the bag so tight, thats its next to impossible to check your order. I had my mouth set for their famous tortilla soup but to my surprise, it was chicken noddle soup. I called the restaurant several times on the second attemp, a young lady answered and I was placed on a long hold. Each time I called back after 2 rings the fax machine would pick-up. This is unacceptable and I need this matter address immediately.
