This is one restaurant chain that, in my experience, is consistent across the country. Always great food and service. We were pressed for time and the wait at Max and Ermas was 45 minutes (we had a party of six). Knowing that Olive Garden tends to cater to larger parties, we gave them a call. They take "call-ahead" reservations and 8 minutes later we were seated. Always terrific salad and every entree was outstanding! Service was quick, efficient and friendly.

Great service and great food! I saw on the menu about BOGO, eat one and take one w/soup, salad, breadsticks. You cant beat that deal!!! The dish I chose first, so HUGE I was only able to eat about a 1/4th of it. I should get another couple meals out of that dinner. Highly recommend ☺ On a side note, Sam was VERY friendly and a great waitress. Even though she worked late on a Saturday, she was very upbeat and had a Great attitude

Me and my wife her food was hot mine was warm still waiting for the cook to make new. Well 15 mins later my food came and went bye bye. Had peppers and sausage for the 2time it was hot but the peppers where not cook all the way that was it for me. She took off one meal good for her. Its been 4 months still the same. Flip us and make more tips.my wire peppers were cooked .she got smoke mozzarella chicken

Excellent quality food, great customer service, clean environment, and not as pricey as expected? Sounds like the perfect place to grab a family meal right? well no. But it is a good place for couples or groups with split checks, it is still pricey but a good place to eat, its one of those places you dont want to see young kids just cause though.

Perfection. No wait for a table, multiple servers checked on us to be sure we had everything we needed, and spoke with the manager to let him know what a fabulous place they had. kudos to the staff, management, and kitchen for an A+ experience here. Ill drive from Columbus to come here from now on, totally worth the drive.

Not sure what Olive Garden means by call ahead setting. When we called we were told the wait would be 20 min, they took our name. We have now arrived and being told the wait is now 30 min from this point in time. My understanding with most places that call ahead means you are counted as being at the restaurant.

Our server Heather was awesome, the food was great also!! There was a idiot who claimed to be a food critic disrupting everyones meal in our area. He played music on his cell phone, constantly berated and harassed the server and staff!! Other than this A-hole it was a great evening!!

The new deep dish spaghetti pie (with alfredo & chicken) is THE BEST!!!! I had it a couple of weeks ago and havent stopped thinking about when I can have it again! Today was the day! YUMMY! Please dont take this off your menu...although at $14.99, the price seems a little high.

Service was okay. Although I am not a pasta person, we come here for my husband, I usually eat a lot of salad I was very disappointed in it today. I had a plate full of lettuce that looked like it had been laying around for days. It will be awhile before we go back.

Food and service is good. Too bad you cant give half stars for not only double charging my account but also adding someone elses charge on my card. Its going on 2 weeks and its still not taken care of. They need a "beware" cash only sign on the front door.

Everybody was always all, "I cant believe youve never been to Olive Garden!" So I decided to finally give in since I had a doctors appointment in Lancaster anyway. This is Italian food I cant make at home, and better. I was seriously unimpressed.

My wife and I visited Olive Gardens in lancaster. We were seated right away. The menu was explained briefly. A very short time later we were able to order. Our food was Very Good . We thoroughly enjoyed out visit and plan to go back soon.

The new stuffed chicken marsala is just over grilled chicken breasts and mashed potatoes with a mushroom sauce. The soup was good bread sticks were good as usual and no problem with the salad.

Better than many of the other Olive gardens Ive been to. Service has been better, food similar, wait times much less. Overall if youre in the area, this isnt a bad choice at all.

Our food is always good, i take my staff out there for lunch 2 times a month. Jessica is a great waitress. The ravioli tastes good. Dessert cups are nice to take back to work
